It introduces a new Crisis, weapons, grenades, enemies, and gear, along with a complete overhaul to progression, currencies, and Requisitions. - [p]Crisis Board – Replaces the Job Board with curated, dynamic Crises (previously known as Jobs). [/p]
- [p]New Crisis: Outbreak – Located in the Research Sector, with new objectives, hazards, and Mold enemies. [/p]
- [p]New Weapons – Scattergun, Semi-automatic rifle, Rotary Cannon. [/p]
- [p]New Grenades – Freeze, Healing, Black Rock. [/p]
- [p]New Enemies – Mold Walker, Mold Turret, Corrupted Ranger, Corrupted Ranger (Airborne), Demolition Expert. [/p]

- [p]Ammo Stations recharge Improvised Devices faster [/p]
- [p]Reputation level cap raised to 200 (from 49). [/p]
- [p]New guns, grenades, and level 1 perks unlock through leveling. [/p]
- [p]Old currencies (Lost Assets, Research Samples) removed, converted into: [/p]
- [p]Parts, Samples, Intel – used for cosmetics & Perk upgrades. [/p]

- [p]Player stagger from damage is now more forgiving. [/p]
- [p]Ground Control: Radiation damage from Leech Pearls reduced by 50%. [/p]
- [p]Freezer Duty: Frost Anomalies now show health bars. [/p]
- [p]Freezer Duty: Improved mannequin markers' visibility. [/p]
- [p]Hot Fix: Ambient heat damage removed (except on Extreme Threat Level). [/p]
- [p]Paper Chase: Dry sticky notes are immune to melee and gun damage; wet ones are destroyed easier and can get destroyed by water. [/p]
- [p]No longer spread between players. [/p]
- [p]Improved visual readability (Burning, Cold, Moldy, etc.). [/p]
- [p]Splash Kit Ejector now removes all Harmful Conditions except Moldy. [/p]
- [p]All Altered Augments now also charge from Tool use against enemies. [/p]
- [p]Fix Kit – Piggy Bank Augment: higher damage, coin vortex moves forward from the first point of impact.[/p]
- [p]Splash Kit – Teapot Augment: higher damage.[/p]
- [p]Fix Kit – Swivel Cannon: previously did not do damage beyond 5 meters, now fixed. More effective in hitting flying enemies. Up to 3 deployable at the same time.[/p]
- [p]Jump Kit – BOOMbox: now properly and more effectively attracts enemies when deployed, causes bigger explosions when destroyed, you can now carry up to 2. [/p]
- [p]Splash Kit – Humidifier: clearer healing visuals, you can now carry up to 2. [/p]
- [p]FSR Frame Gen added for supported AMD GPUs. [/p]
- [p]Enemy health bar visibility option is now ‘On’ by default. [/p]
- [p]Many UI/visual updates for clarity. [/p]
- [p]Flashlight flicker removed. [/p]
- [p]Improved audio feedback – destroyed resonance shield SFX fixed. [/p]
- [p]Improved healing visuals. [/p]
- [p]Fixed login issue on PS5 where players got stuck on infinite triangle spinner. (was already fixed in the previous patch) [/p]
- [p]Fixed rare issue where players got stuck after being revived. [/p]
