The Front 1.0.15 patch notes (11/24/2023)

In response to the feedback of The Front Early Access, we are sparing no effort to fix the problems and optimize the adjustments, and we will have an update for patch 1.0.15 on 07:00-08:00 Nov 24 UTC. In order to provide a better gaming experience, we have made the following updates:

[h2]New Game Content:[/h2]

Added the “Bunker” structure; this can be found in the Tech tree
Added the Latency/FPS option to the Custom Settings menu

[h2]Dedicated Server & Solo/Hosted Game:[/h2]

Added two new server parameters: Daily Backup Times, and Backup Retention Period
Added Squad Member Limit option; default is 6, maximum is 20

[h2]Optimizations[/h2]

Vehicles and followers can no longer be placed in range of another squad’s beacon
Adjusted the height at which the names of offline players are displayed
Removed the Lv. 1 Timed Key from the missile base; NPCs can now open doors that don’t require keys
Optimized item icons for Rotten Matter and Casting Manuals
Optimized some in-scene collision and art resources

[h2]Bugs Fixed[/h2]

Fixed abnormal firing mode issue that would occur when firing rockets from a helicopter after switching firing modes
Fixed issue in which pressing F1 with the inventory open would not open the help menu
Fixed issue in which typing English into the help menu’s search bar would trigger the shortcut bar
Fixed issue in which leaving a vehicle while the exit was blocked by a structure would result in abnormal player position
Adjusting View Distance will now properly affect view distance when riding in a helicopter
When an offline “Warhammer” Mobile Base is destroyed, the structures placed on top of it will now also be destroyed
Fixed abnormal collision issue that would occur when placing a Stone Furnace or Advanced Smelter on top of a “Warhammer” Mobile Base
Fixed issue preventing completion of quests when crafting Iron Ingots at an Advanced Smelter or Blast Furnace
Fixed issue in which Open Floors would have no effect on the pathfinding of NPCs
Fixed issue in which the Settings menu could not be opened with ESC while holding an electric tool or water tool with 0 Durability
Fixed issue in which the Recycling Master talent icon would disappear
Fixed issue in which the Master Looter talent would prevent players from opening chests normally
Fixed issue with abnormal client weather updates
Fixed issue with helicopter icons appearing abnormally on the map after committing suicide/respawning on a helicopter and retaking the pilot seat of the helicopter
Fixed issue in which the sound effects of a “Phalanx” Defense Cannon would persist after the structure had been destroyed
Fixed rare issue in which helicopter sound effects would disappear
Fixed some known issues causing server crashes

[h2]Solo/Hosted Games[/h2]

Fixed issue in which Automatic Turrets wouldn’t fire when placed on a “Warhammer” Mobile Base
Fixed issue in which re-logging into the game after placing a structure would result in abnormal pathfinding issues around the structure
Fixed issue preventing players from logging back into the game normally on a server with the “Enable anticheat?” option left unchecked
Fixed incorrect character animation that would occur when interacting with chairs
Fixed animation delay that would occur when interacting with a Bike Generator
Fixed performance issue that would occur when an NPC’s corpse would collide with a vehicle
