[/p][p][/p][p]Nearly three months into Early Access, Doloc Town has just reached 1,000 reviews, with overwhelmingly positive response![/p][p][/p][p]This is an incredible milestone for our first studio title, and we couldn’t be more grateful for our amazing community. Will keep working hard to bring you even more :)[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]It’s been a while since the team last shared updates about the game. Over the past month or two, the team has been hard at work on the next Ranching Update - a major update for Doloc Town that the team had to spend extra hours on. That’s why things have been a little quiet lately, but we’re thrilled to finally share some exciting details about what’s coming to the game in the July dev log![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][h3]Ranching System Overview[/h3][p][/p][p]In the upcoming update, players will be able to raise and breed multiple species including: Chicken, Goat, SwampScale and Chameleon Bug (all names pending adjustments).[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Most species has two life stages: Juvenile and Mature, and they behave just like real animals! [/p][p]They’ll eat from feeding troughs, sleep at night, breed, and even poop and pee in designated locations...[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]To keep your livestock contained, you'll need to build fences or enclosures - otherwise, they may wander too freely and eat all your plants - Of course, if you prefer free-range farming, that's also a more natural way to raise animals![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][h3]Animal Produce[/h3][p][/p][p]Wondering how ranching turns a profit? Not only can you sell your animals for a tidy sum, but each species also provides unique products you can harvest right at your farm. We’ll share more details on this in the next dev update so stay tuned for that![/p][p][/p][h3]New Buildable Structures[/h3][p][/p][p]The Ranching Update introduces brand-new facilities and buildings dedicated to your farming operations, giving you even more ways to customize and optimize your homestead.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Could you guess these facilities & equipment and identify their purposes?[/p][p][/p][p][/p][h3]Meet the New Ranching Faction NPC[/h3][p][/p][p]We'll also welcome a new ranching faction coming to Doloc Town, complete with a charming NPC to interact with! [/p][p]What kind of story will he lead us to explore? Below are the original concept sketches of his design - take a sneak peek![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Hailing from the northern grasslands, he has journeyed all across the mountains and rivers to Doloc with his herd of animals.
