20th Minor Update

Hi guys, today's update is quite small but I am sure some of you will really really appreciate it.

Here are the changes:

• Added blueprint sorting (you can move blueprints up and down in the buildings menu)
  
• Added scientific notation (in the UI tab of the settings menu)
  
• Improved UI text in the game to not be pixelated in big resolutions
  
• Changed Russian and Korean fonts (to fix some pixelation issues)
