Paradiso is a dreamworld where the lost find themselves trapped together.

These people are known as The Marked, and are cursed to have their personal demons and traumas come to life as bloodthirsty monsters called Nightmares. The Marked carry the power to use Arias, combat magic rooted in the very essence of their being.

[h3]Lilli[/h3]
Lilli is a Marked. Jaded and sarcastic, but still kind, she is much more knowledgeable about the history of Paradiso than anyone else. She aids Christian in his journey, much like she did to other Marked in the past. She carries the power of Aqua, the Aria of Water.



[h3]Serah[/h3]
Serah was separated from her brother Michael, and seeks to reunite with him and escape the Dream together. She was once a fighter in Cardinal’s Colosseo, but united with a number of her fellows to escape and form an insurgency. Filled with passionate fury, she carries Pyra, the Aria of Flame.



[h3]Ash[/h3]
A loyal Marked rebel and one of Serah’s closest allies. Ash never truly developed control of her Aria, but mastered Sanctum firearms after joining Serah’s insurgents. Skilled with rifles and grenades, she imparts guidance upon all Marked ready to put their lives on the line in the struggle.



Christian’s quest to challenge the Faiths will intersect with the lives and stories of the Marked.

Death of a Wish is coming to the Steam Next Festival with an revised and expanded free demo!

This demo contains the game’s first two chapters, about 90 minutes of content. In it, Christian’s quest to defeat the Four Faiths brings him to the frozen forest of Lethean, where he will meet new allies and enemies in dark new encounters.



Throughout the Steam Next Festival, you can participate in a special challenge where you can win a postcard from the developers by exhibiting exceptional performance in battle. Read on to learn how!



Players who can complete Madeline's Trainer Challenges in Track 1 and submit proof will receive an exclusive postcard featuring Brianna Lei’s ethereal key art and a personalized message from the developers.

This is an opportunity to get some cool physical Death of a Wish collectibles that shouldn’t be missed. In order to participate, please follow these instructions.

1. Download and install the Death of a Wish Demo.
   
2. Progress to "Track 1 - Extraneo"
   
3. Reach the encounter with the character "Madeline"
   
4. Complete all four of her challenges, including the fourth challenge, "Unmatched"
   
5. Take a screenshot using F12 indicating that you have successfully completed "Unmatched". See examples of acceptable scenes here.
   
6. Submit the screenshot in this Google Form.
   

The contest will run from 02/05/24 to 02/12/24. Due to postage costs, we can send prizes to addresses in the United States only.
