Upgraded environments, shadows, materials, and post-processing for deeper immersion.

A fully rebuilt input system offering better responsiveness and wider compatibility with modern peripherals.

More natural, volumetric, and dynamic lighting throughout the game, including visually enhanced areas.
• 💾 Decreased Disk Size Requirement (25GB → 15GB)
Optimized content and improved compression reduce the installation size by nearly 40%.

Less clunky, more fluid animation and responsiveness.

Press the "Sprint" button to automatically move until the key is released.

New paintings, redesigned clues, and clearer logic make the puzzle more intuitive and atmospheric.

Additional paintings, carpets, and small objects added across the hospital for a richer atmosphere.

More objects and set dressing added in several areas to create a deeper, more oppressive psychological environment.
• 🎥 Improved Camera Angles
Almost all fixed camera angles were refined to be more comfortable and less confusing to players.
• 🎞️ Cinematic Camera Improvements
All in-game cameras now feature modern, cinematic effects for a smoother and more immersive visual experience.
• 📸 Old Camera HUD Reworked
The white circle is gone — replaced by a new golden highlight accompanied by sound feedback.
• 👻 Old Camera Combat Improvements
Much easier on all difficulties. The golden highlight appears for longer, allowing more players to reach 100% completion if they wish.
• 🔄 Camera Reload Shortcut
Players can now reload the Camera while aiming using Keyboard “R” or Gamepad “X / Square”.
• 💉 Quick Heal System
Press Keyboard “V” or Gamepad “LB / L1” to instantly heal.
Hold the same button to use a syringe for full recovery.
