Today is an exciting day as we officially launch the game on consoles, and we’re bringing this patch to the PC version to ensure it’s in line with the console release. This update focuses on improving the overall gameplay experience, fixing some minor bugs, and introducing a few quality-of-life tweaks.

We've identified a launch issue affecting a small subset of players booting The Bridge Curse 2: The Extraction. Rest assured, we're actively developing a patch to resolve this promptly.

In the interim, to get you back into the game smoothly, we recommend trying these troubleshooting steps.

For a quick fix, many players have found success by downloading and installing the VP9 Video Extensions available on the Microsoft Store.

Additionally, consider these options:

1. If you have third-party video player software installed, we advise either uninstalling it or disabling it temporarily.

2. For Windows 10 users, ensure your system is updated to at least version 1809.

3. If your computer has both an independent GPU and a built-in GPU, we recommend disabling the one not in use currently.
