Tales of Seikyu’s Bloom & Bond Update Is Live!
Our first content update of Early Access just went live and we couldn’t be more excited! ♡⸜(˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶)⸝♡
Tales of Seikyu: Bloom & Bond is a celebration of love for our community. Since our Early Access launch in May, we’ve spent so much time talking to the community, gathering your feedback, and prioritising dev work on the features you care about most. It has been a joy watching our community grow over the months on Discord, X, Bluesky, Instagram, Reddit, and TikTok, and we’re looking forward to hearing what you think about all the new features and content we’ve added with this update including (but not limited to)...
[h2]Character Customization[/h2]
We worked extra hard to bring you character customization for Bloom & Bond, and we’re super happy with the way this turned out. Update your look with brand-new hairstyles, which look great on either character model, and use the colour slider of unlimited options! You can also change your character’s skin tone, eye colour, lip colour, and experiment with facial markings.
Characters are created and customised at the start of a new game, but you can also update your existing character’s look by using the craftable mirror furniture item to enter the customisation menu from your farm house.
[h2]New Main Story & Quest Content[/h2]
The next chapter in your Seikyu story is about to unfold. Dive deeper into the history of the fox clan, learn more about your powers of transformation, uncover the secrets of the rival tanuki clan, and more. We don’t want to give too much away, but expect plenty of intrigue, drama, and magic coming your way.
[h2]New Romanceable Villagers & Heart Events[/h2]
Meet Kincho, the leader of the Tanuiki clan, and Mika, the manager at Seikyu’s hot spring. These two new romanceable villagers are sure to bring even more heart-thumping excitement to Seikyu. If that wasn’t exciting enough, we’ve also added a bunch of new heart events for a whole host of villagers. Here’s a little breakdown of which villagers you can experience heart events with in Tales of Seikyu as of right now:
[h2]The Hot Spring[/h2]
An all-new area where you can relax and take villagers on dates! Owned by the shy and gentle Mika, the hot spring is located just outside of Seikyu village. Once you reach three hearts with a villager, you’ll be able to invite them here on a date, but be warned! Missing dates or inviting multiple villagers to the hot spring at the same time won’t be without consequence…
[h2]Koiwa’s Ranch[/h2]
Raise animals such as chicken, sheep, cows, capybara, and crested ibis at Koiwa’s Ranch! Each animal comes with its own unique produce that can be used in crafting and cooking recipes. You can also expect plenty of adorable animal interactions ( •ө• )
[h2]Tavern Mini Game[/h2]
Help Shuten out in the tavern with our new mini game! Make drinks, serve food, keep the place clean, and don’t lose your cool as the orders come in quick succession. Who knew the villagers could be this demanding?
