Early Access Roadmap

That day... I saw a wizard advancing step by step toward the Lich in the depths of darkness. I thought, I need to talk about her, I need to bring her story to you.
And yesterday, as I laid out papers on my desk and wrote down what I needed to do, my experiences flashed before my eyes. My hands were writing the Rise Again Early Access Roadmap...



As you know, Rise Again tells the story of a wizard's adventure against the Lich.
Rise Again combines Realistic Visuals, fast-paced Combat, Hack n Slash, and Dungeon Crawler elements with Action Roguelike gameplay.
We will release Rise Again in Early Access to provide you with the best experience and to shape it based on your valuable feedback. We have prepared a Roadmap so you can see the stages that lie ahead. You can view the Early Access Roadmap here or on the Steam Page (Roadmap).

Community Update #11: Challenges & Passages

I'll tell you where the path leads us.
But before that, let me tell you about the Challenges.

What’s this? A Shrine...

As you delve deeper, you will discover different rooms that have their own unique battles and loot. In one such room, you find yourself in the middle of the conflict. Perhaps it's your noise, or the creatures have set an ambush. Complete the challenge, claim your loot, and continue your descent into the depths.

So how will you notice these challenges? By looking ahead through the passage...

Community Update #10: Biomes

Finally... Hello everyone,

We've just discovered a new area, and I’m finally able to share it!
With new visuals and information, let's take a look at the Biomes.

[h3]Forest (Settlements / Village)[/h3]

Forest, Settlement/Village, or Outdoors...

Forest feels more peaceful and calm compared to the dungeons.
Although we occasionally encounter Goblins, securing the place isn't too difficult.

[h3]Cave[/h3]

A place near the surface where tribes like Goblins, Orcs, Trolls, etc. live.

In the Enemies and Bosses News, we mentioned the Cave.
For example, going beneath a structure near the Graveyard leads us to the Cave. By defeating enemies, we advance further and reach deeper levels.
We know, we are far from the Lich. However, as their numbers decrease, they get summoned.

[h3]Underworld[/h3]

Wait, don’t eat! Don’t eat unknown mushrooms. They might be poisonous...

Underworld is a place of Mushrooms, Beasts, Stalactites, Stalagmites, and glowing mysterious plants.

[h3]Even Deeper[/h3]
As we approach the Lich... the depths grow darker and darker.
Skeletons, Skulls...
What secrets await us in the depths?

We’ll explore what lies further below another time (in the future).
Still, since we managed to reach the surface, we’ll be able to share updates more frequently.

This update offers a new experience with enhancements more suited to wizardry, familiar yet unique in their own way.

Reach Grimoire, Training Field and Obtain Gemstone

[h3]Level & Experience[/h3]
Level, Experience, Upgrade Points...
With these, you permanently increase your Character Attributes in the Training Field.
When you meet your allies, you'll obtain new Trainings that allow you to improve your attributes. Then, by spending your upgrade points, you can enhance your Attributes.
Defeat your Enemies, Gain Experience, Level Up, Spend your Upgrade Points, and become even Stronger!

[h3]Magic Core[/h3]



The Gems have become clearer and more numerous... They've reshaped into Gemstones!
Each Gemstone has its own unique properties, reacting differently depending on the Core. You choose which Core to focus on. Based on your focus, attributes like Damage Bonus will improve. However, these effects are lost in permadeath.
Choose wisely to determine the properties you want to focus on and strengthen!

[h3]Spell Level[/h3]
Aka Spell Page Level...
When you find spell pages, you'll notice that spells have levels. Just like not all recipes are the same and some details add more flavor, details in spells allow you to cast more powerful magic. Sometimes, you even discover those details as you perform or choose them.
Oh! I almost forgot. There’s a spellbook (Is it a Grimoire?) kept by the Old Mage back at the Base.
Don’t forget to take a look!

[h3]Essay Level[/h3]
Did you know? Essays can be upgraded. How? By pondering them.
Once you've identified the Essays, it's possible to improve them.
Think deeply, and enjoy their evolution.

[h3]Destruction & Drops[/h3]
With Destruction, you can break objects in the environment.
They might drop items, which you can collect.
