ToLLA Holiday Sale & Expansion Devlog Update

[p][/p][p][/p][h2]⚔️ Hail, adventurers! ⚔️[/h2][p][/p][h3]Today we're back with another devlog, and holiday sale!😎👇[/h3][p][/p][p]With the holiday season in full swing, we've put the game on sale, including all its DLCs! So if you've not gotten it already, consider grabbing your copy of ToLLA from the link below while it's discounted:[/p][p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink]We've been busy working on the major free expansion for the game that will double the size of the available content! Think of it as the "Act II" of the ToLLA story. But instead of making a new Steam page with a followup chapter (as is the norm with seasonal adult games), we decided it'd be better to roll all the new content into this current project so players can seamlessly continue their adventure...[/p][p][/p][h2]Just a quick note about pricing:[/h2][p]The expansion will release as a free DLC once finished, for all owners of the game. To monetize our work however, we'll be raising the game's base price to $19.99 once the expansion comes out! If you already own ToLLA you won't have to pay anything, you'll get the expansion for free... and players who purchase the game after that will be able to pick it up alongside the new content for $19.99. We feel this is a fair setup that allows us to earn some money for the months of work spent on the DLC, while at the same time rewarding our early and current supporters who purchase ToLLA prior to the expansion's release.[/p][p][/p][h2]Alright, now on to the devlog!👇👇👇[/h2][p]Among other features, the expansion will bring new lewd encounters, as well as those we've had to cut for the Steam release. One such sex scene features Trixie, a goblina diplomat your party runs into while exploring the Southern Wildlands. We had to cut her encounter due to bugs, and didn't have time to add it to the final Steam build that went up for review, so she'll make a return in the expansion content...[/p][p][/p][p]Another is the intro sex-scene with Vivian at the Smoky Stag, where your first run into her...[/p][p][/p][p]These and many more will be included in the expansion, along brand new ones you'll unlock inside the Fort... And speaking of that, here's a look at one of the area's key buildings: the Legion Headquarters![/p][p][/p][p]The HQ is where you'll meet Lord-Commander Maxwell, and further coordinate the defense of the North from the overwhelming greenskin hordes attacking it! Fort Ninevus is a massive exterior area featuring multiple structures, all of them enveloped by a massive palisade! Down below is older production art showing a part of the overall layout... we don't want to spoil too much, so consider this a sneak peek!😉[/p][p][/p][p]Fleshing out these exterior maps is a time-consuming process which is helped by our asset library! Our artists hand-painted all the doodads for the summer forest biome, and it's these art assets we use to populate the maps with vegetation, pathing obstacles, and hidden secrets for players to uncover![/p][p][/p][p]The doodads are used to assemble vegetation bundles which are then composited onto the maps...[/p][p][/p][p]All the art in ToLLA is hand-painted. That includes the character portraits and NPC assets...[/p][p][/p][p]You'll run into a bunch of new (lewd!) characters inside Fort Nineuvus... Most of these are located inside buildings, and are represented in the game world by an interaction icon. When spoken to, their portraits appear alongside the dialogue UI, letting you know exactly whom you're conversing with...[/p][p][/p][p]Some characters, however, appear outside in the form of tabletop miniatures... These too can be interacted with, and will share everything from local gossip to unique quests and messages... If you've played the game you've already seen a few of these scattered around the exterior areas...[/p][p][/p][p]We're also adding crafting to let you make use of all the resources you harvest on your travels...
