--- Features ---
  • Being stung by bees now informs the user that the monsters were poisoned because of it
  • Fishing SFX added
  • Wrap around in inventory for controller

  • Cryo bed image wrong
  • Spectral element chart wrong
  • Blueberries coming out as grass
  • Butterflies now despawn on new game
  • New game resets other stuff that should be reset
  • Scanner now included in tools that can go missing and sent to your mail

  • Player life skills EXP needed increased exponentially (SORRY! This will regress levels but a necessary evil. Players were able to max level in the first season.)

  • Corn seeds planting as grass
  • Money not taken when upgrading farm buildings
  • Fishing Issue "not catching something" is the monster catch glitching
  • Fishing issues when pressing to fish after catching causing graphic glitch
  • Fish prices don't change when player life skill is unlocked
  • Arena graphics glitch on beating it
  • Elevator bug causing you to get stuck in the back
  • Placing items inside farm buildings causing soft-lock
  • Planting mons trying to plant tree seeds causing negative number
  • Fruits dropping when turned off
  • Monster EXP dropping to negative after battles
  • Resarting game with one open doubles up time changes

  • Seeds now display days till harvest
  • "No known recipes" text added to build when nothing can be crafted
  • Dark background added to monster bars in party screen for visibility


--- Other Changes ---
  • Added checks on start to reset the Items JIC items get auto-unlocked
  • Moved trainers north of farm making it impossible to exit if you lose in battle
  • Item save/load data structure changed to stop potential issues later when adding more items in
  • Generator volume in Camillia turned down
  • Sewers still allow spawns after beating blob quest
  • Monster on farm re-center JIC they took a nap in the wrong spot
  • Added helper UI for controllers (temp fix) to show auto-swap button
  • Rocks no longer spawn next to spawn ladder in mines


--- Bugs ---
  • Rare Chronomon not spawning to battle when not out (Spawning as normal)
  • Scanning in battle causes softlock
  • Controller issues when trading out monsters in battle (can't select yes/no)
  • Occasional soft lock in trainers battles when (Kill first -> Send out -> Immediatly send another)
  • Accessory and other items data not saving and loading properly - causing say "Baseball Hat" to be bought and not come back
  • Slot increases from bag purchase not showing up after closing the game
  • Preventing buttons from being pressed while loading online (so it doesn't corrupt the data)
  • Multiple bees attacking causing a soft lock sometimes
  • Talking to trainers (from the side) with no healthy monsters causing soft lock in battle

Thank you everyone for being patient with me and the awesome feedback! Here is a list of things in the next update. With the biggest fixes coming for Controller and Deck support

--- Features ---
  • Run music in background when game not focused
  • Manually move hotbar from settings when inventory is open (JIC its in the middle for mobile or short screens)
  • Item drops from battle auto-move to player
  • Added more catches for errors and a way to send the dev a report of the errors
  • Added evolution item shop to Vicevale


--- Other Changes ---
  • Harvesting crops no longer has a wait time
  • Money add animation pops up when getting mail
  • Changed north big stump in forest farm to rock (to keep players from accidentally progressing wrong)
  • Tree seeds can no longer be planted on bridges
  • Loads of grammar/spelling fixes
  • When viewing monster in the PC, resets back to the first tab
  • Battle VS info moved closer to middle for lower res devices
  • Levi's open times set wrong (closed 1 hour earlier than said)
  • Open monster menu when needed in quest even if wrong level
  • Ghost buildable item removed when not needed (paths)
  • Reduced wait times in battle slightly

  • Death taking the wrong amount of Lumens
  • Issue with player eating past stamina (causing quick energy loss when working)
  • Player hair mask staying in new game (making hair disappear)
  • Shift lock button causing you to be stuck while sitting/sleeping
  • Items not disappearing (the ones outside the farm) when reloading game
  • Game freeze when accessing crafting table on controller or portable PC
  • Follow monster getting attacked by monsters working on the farm
  • Cloud load issue where it can be double clicked - doubling all items on the farm and messing up the time
  • Dialog not responding with controllers sometimes, manual (south) button set to proceed
  • NPCs will be in the wrong spot or have issues with schedule on time changes
  • Multi-attack skills causing soft lock
  • Next day pop up issue not allowing click / soft locking if eating at the same time
  • Soft lock when holding shift (turn-lock) and trying to sit down
  • Time showing wrong on last day of season. Time to sleep to showing wrong as well.
  • Top left info screen in battle not showing info properly
  • Follow monster not going away when giving in quest
  • If tool is in smithery, it no longer gives to you in mail like you don't have it
  • Soft lock when scanning in battle and using a controller/Deck
  • Evolved monster not showing as owned or seen

Chronomon Early Access launch May 8th!
After much deliberation, I decided that an early access launch would make more sense than a full release for a few reasons.
- There are 2 other high profile (way more wishlists) launches on the same day, pixel art and 1 other monster taming game. This seperates us from the same category of launch giving Chronomon a better chance.
- There are loads of features and story events that are not in and I want to make it clear that Chronomon will continue to improve.

What can we expect in Early Access?
The main storyline can be played from start to finish! Let me outline the features =)

  • Main story line can be completed with 30+ main quests with 30+ Cutscenes (Estimates over 50+ hours of gameplay)
  • 100+ Side quests && 150+ Achievements
  • 115 Unique monsters and evolutions, 33 Passive skills and over 100 unique skills
  • 7 Towns / 40+ Special NPCs with schedules and dialog
  • Turn-based battles AND live monster battles
  • 50+ crops / 100+ Inside and outside decoration
  • Chronomon farm helpers - Cut trees, break rocks, water plants, slash debris, breeding, assist in crafting and cooking.
  • Dual story completion either as the Farmer or the Monster Tamer

  • WearOS - Android Watch* (Although the game will currently run, Googles new guidelines for watches is rigourous AND I need time to setup the UI to fit the screen and be user friendly)

Chronomon will work directly with the community, as we have been, to get the right features at the right time. Please keep an eye out for polls in our Discord Channel

  • Online Trading / Battles
  • Online Leaderboards* (This was part of the stretch goals and I apologize for not having it in on early access. I thought it important to prioritize other features like multi-farms, it is coming)
  • 3-4 Festivals and events per town
  • More robust NPC schedules* (Right now they mostly have a single schedule. Some have 2. Every NPC will have 2-3 in future updates accounting for day of week and weather)
  • World Expansions and Quests
  • More Chronomon, decorations, crafting, outfits
  • Language localization* (Confirmed languages - Brazilian Portuguese, Traditional Chinese, Korean) Other languages will be determined as we see what is most requested.
  • Much more! Decided with community polls.
