Demo 2.0.5 - Dodge and new settings!

After reading a lot of feedback about not having dodge, I've finally decided to make it the default feature. You won't need to use Technique Point to unlock it anymore. For more changes, please read the list below.

- Added a dodge button.
- Completely remapped the whole keyboard & gamepad.
- Added a setting to display/disable button layout on the screen.
- Added more settings: Shake screen, enemies attacked effect, motion blur. Turning them off will help improve the performance.
- Minor bug fixes.
