Luminous Skies: Update October '25

[p][/p][p][/p][p]Several Achievements were added. A few of them can be done in the demo. Others can only be done if the player has the Horizons DLC. When it comes to adding achievements, the decision was made to only add ones that require Horizons, at most, due to it having the lowest initial asking price and historically having the deepest discounts (EDIT: for the time being, other factors may be considered to bring the other DLCs to closer parody to Horizons). Horizons often receives the most updates out of any DLC as well.[/p][p][/p][p]As for the achievements themselves, I tried to go for things that were eye catching. I also didn't want them to feel like a chore (example of chore like achievements: finish this questline or collect these bear hinds with a 1% drop rate).[/p][p][/p][p]Added a new zone has been added into Horizons. To get there (from the Western Isles), go to the port and select "Imperial Capitol" or "Frost Port" to reach the mainland of the Old World. When there, head south until you find an Imperial Training ground. On the eastern side of these grounds, there is a world gate, that you can select various outposts on other worlds to visit. Select the South Outpost. Once at the South Outpost, head west until you nearly reach the western coast. Just south of the scorched lands there should be what appears to be a town that is holding a festival. As of this writing, this is a new zone (or old if you're reading this in the future). Things seem relatively normal, at first, but the further you go into town...[/p][p][/p][p]Also, a quick recap (this was posted early September in one of the sales announcements, so it might've gotten lost): Luminous Skies: Horizons recently had an update not previously covered. This would be the Elven seamstress being added to the town of Thorn Creek (located in the southern region on the mainland of the Old World). This allows the player to craft a couple of new sets of cloth armor.[/p][p][/p][p]If you're unsure, the demo, A Short Adventure, would be a fair gauge if you as a player may or may not want to pick up the full games. It's free. [/p][p]Discussion Board[/p][p]If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us on the discussion board. There's even a leveling guide there for Luminous Skies: A Short Adventure and Horizons. It's probably the best point of contact. I'll keep working on these games, slowly, patiently. [/p][p][/p][p]We hope you enjoy the game and have a great day.
