- Added new "Spectator" mode for cockroaches

- Updated all Flatline maps. Fixed where some maps had soft locking issues
- Updated Roanoke PD, fixed where you can throw your weapon at unreachable areas
- Updated Campwhitner (objective), fixed where the AI could get stuck at the very start of the map (camp entrance)
- Updated Campwhitner (extraction), fixed some AI pathing issues and moved the spawn
- Updated arlene damage output
- Updated BOT AI to be more useful (still not that smart.)
- Updated ce_campwhitner and ce_campwhitner_halloween. Added missing weapon random spawns, and updated a few impala police vehicles to use the new "open trunk" version
- Updated ce_barlowesquare, fixed where an item ammo spawn was inside a static object
