Hotfix: 2.2.1.9

Controller mode is currently broken, due Steam is not reading the default configuration file, or that it was setup incorrectly. This is still being looked into, and will be solved for the next hotfix and/or update.

  • Fixed where the game would go into demonstration mode.
  • Fixed a possible crash with sv_tags

  • Fixed Sniper dropping 1 bullet and deagle dropping everything
  • Fixed where the client could softlock the game when downloading assets (if max players override and custom mode got enabled while they were downloading)

  • Updated host_timescale to only support the value down to 0.01 and maximum to 50. This should fix where it would brick the clients (on the same server, or if they joined other servers)
  • Updated Angelscript API and cleaned up the web API


`admin gospec` is a moderator level command
`admin rcon` is an admin level command

Hotfix: 2.2.1.8

Dedicated servers no longer require Steam Client to be installed. The server should hopefully no longer revert to "FORCED LAN" mode.

  • Fixed where non campaign escape maps using `info_safezone` brush entities would cause some bugs to happen. Aka, inventory being cleared out, when it shouldn't.

Patch: 2.2.1.7

- Updated cp_passenger (fine tuned end portion)
- Updated ch_roanokepd (fixed broken cubemaps)
- Updated how plugins gets reloaded (they actually reload properly now)
- Updated dedicated and client launcher
- Updated `cx_barlowesquare` angelscript file, should hopefully fix the lag issue on the 2nd apartment building

- Fixed *"downloadtable" not working
- Fixed where escaped players can kill and/or damage others with grenades and IED's when they are about to escape. (if FF is disabled)

- Changed the Message interaction to an game event instead.
This should hopefully fix where it fails to send and load the local HTML file under resources if your ping is higher than 50ms or more on dedicated servers. As "Message" may fail at times when the player have a high latency.

*This means that fast download will actually function properly now, this also includes .bz2 formats. Make sure "sv_allowdownload" is set to 1.

Patch: 2.2.1.6

- Updated client launcher, if the game crashes on boot, it should explain the reason why. (hopefully...)
- Updated Translations
- Updated Biotec Christmas (Fixed broken lighting, updated elevator area, added notes and interactable buttons and updated the gas section)
- Updated Pioneer Express (Panic!). Minor adjustment has been made at the end and the navmesh
- Updated Broadway. Reduced explosion damage from 200 to 150 (also, don't stay too close to TNT)
- Updated Laststop > Unionstation. Navmesh has been tweaked near the train, zombies should no longer get stuck, hopefully.

- Fixed where addons (VPKs and folders inside addons folder) failed to load their map script or plugin(s).

Hotfix 2.2.1.5

Fixed a crash where if you would join about the same time as the server changed map, on a campaign or any map that uses info_safezone, would cause a crash. English translations was also updated, minor typos has been fixed, such as "Passenger" being misspelled as "Passanger".
