[p]The desert roads will never be the same. Our latest major update brings a host of new features, balance changes, and fixes that expand your journey through the world of Dust Raiders.[/p][h2]New Features[/h2]
  • [p]Free Play after Story Completion - Finishing the main storyline is just the beginning. Continue your adventure freely without restrictions![/p]
  • [p]Crew Bonuses from Cargo - Some crew members now provide benefits even when stationed in Cargo. Move them into vehicles for additional bonuses.[/p]
  • [p]Workshop Randomization - Workshop inventories now refresh daily, and items you sell will appear in stock.[/p]
  • [p]New Equipment Tier - A new tier of gear has been introduced, expanding upgrade paths and build variety.[/p]
  • [p]Looted Module Upgrade Chance - Combat loot now has a small chance to appear at a higher tier.[/p]
[h2]Balance Adjustments[/h2]
  • [p]Adjusted the range of the Twin Launcher.[/p]
  • [p]Rebalanced prices of certain crew members and modules.[/p]

  • [p]Unused vehicles in the Caravan panel are no longer incorrectly marked as destroyed.[/p][p][/p]

Your feedback since launch has been invaluable (reviews, mails, discord, everywhere!) and today we’d like to share our post-release roadmap for Dust Raiders. This roadmap is designed to expand replayability, add more variety, and give players even more ways to experience life in the deadly wasteland.[/p][hr][/hr][h2]🔹 Update #1 – We break the shackles - the game goes on!

  • [p]Free Play after Story Completion – Once you finish the main storyline, you’ll be able to continue your journey in Free Play mode without time restrictions.[/p]
  • [p]Crew Bonuses from Cargo – Certain crew members will now provide bonuses even when stationed in Cargo, reducing the need for constant reshuffling. Additionally, some of them will offer extra combat bonuses when moved into vehicles.[/p]
  • [p]Workshop Offers Randomization – To make scavenging more exciting, workshop inventories will gain a degree of randomization instead of always being fixed.[/p]
  • [p]Additional Tier for Equipment – We’re introducing a new tier of selected equipment, giving you more upgrade options and deeper build variety![/p]

  • [p]Balanced Mode – The current default experience[/p]
  • [p]Trade Focus Mode – Greater emphasis on trading, with lighter combat challenges[/p]
  • [p]Combat Focus Mode – More intense battles, while trading plays a smaller role[/p]
[p]All modes will be available in both manual save and Iron Road (no manual saves) variants.[/p][hr][/hr][h2]🔹 Update #3 – Events & Vehicles

  • [p]New Random Events – The current pool of events will be expanded with fresh scenarios to increase variety.[/p]
  • [p]Enemy Vehicles for Players – Enemy vehicles will become purchasable and customizable, offering more caravan diversity.[/p]

Dust Raiders v1.0.6 Update – Enemy Stun Reduction

[p][/p][p]Hello Raiders![/p][p]We’ve heard your feedback loud and clear - many of you mentioned that the amount of stun effects from enemies, especially in the later stages of the game, felt overwhelming and disrupted the gameplay experience.[/p][p]In response, the latest update 1.0.6 reduces the number of enemies equipped with the Oil Spiller ability, which was a major source of stuns. In previous updates, we also shortened the duration of stuns - which should also have a positive impact on gameplay balance.

This change aims to make combat smoother and more enjoyable without compromising the challenge.[/p][p]We truly appreciate your ongoing support and detailed feedback. Keep it coming, and stay tuned for more improvements![/p][p][/p]

    Tracked quests now have enlarged checkmarks to improve visibility and make them easier to click.[/p]

    Map markers now show up even for untracked quests (with some transparency to distinguish them).[/p]
  • [p]⚡ Stun Duration Slightly Reduced
    Combat should feel a bit more fluid — we've shortened the stun time just a little.[/p]
  • [p]🔥 Heater Tooltip Update
    The Heater's damage boost is now displayed as a percentage for better clarity.[/p]
  • [p]🌍 French Localization Fix
    Fixed an issue where the “%” symbol was not displaying correctly on some systems using the French language setting.[/p]

Update v1.0.4 is here, bringing a major overhaul to how destroyed vehicles work, along with some gameplay improvements and important bug fixes. Here’s what’s new:[/p][hr][/hr][h3]🚗 Reworked Destroyed Vehicle Mechanics:[/h3]
  • [p]Destroyed vehicles are no longer permanently lost – they now remain in your caravan as broken.[/p]
  • [p]However, there's still a chance you’ll lose some equipment from them.[/p]
  • [p]Broken vehicles cannot participate in encounters and don’t increase your cargo limit.[/p]
  • [p]You can repair them at Service Stations or sell them at Workshops.[/p]
  • [p]Any lost cargo is now stored in the caravan wreckage, so it can still be recovered.[/p]
[hr][/hr][h3]⚙️ Gameplay Improvements:[/h3]
  • [p]Goods transferred from factories now go directly to your Cargo, instead of the enclave Warehouse.[/p]
  • [p]There is now a chance to earn fuel as a reward for winning encounters – every drop counts in the wasteland![/p]

  • [p]Fixed an issue where fog of war progress was lost after changing scenes without saving.[/p]
