Trash Goblin is here!
Welcome welcome! We couldn’t be more excited to have announced Trash Goblin to the world - we’ve been working on this game for about 11 months now, prototyping, playtesting and refining it - and now here we are, showing the world!
A look at the process from concept art to in-game scene. This is the workbench, a view you'll be spending a lot of time in.
This marks the first moment on what’s going to be a long and fruitful development process. We’ve got exciting plans to share (see more details below) and grand ambitions too.
Short term plans
Now that the game is public, we’ll be running more regular private tests via our discord, plus pushing towards a more public demo or two! First up we’ll be showing the game at EGX in London in October, and then before the end of the year we intend to release a demo onto steam - most likely coinciding with our kickstarter!
One of many may trinkets you might find in Trash Goblin, this Drinking Horn can be spotted getting a little spongebath in the trailer.
Long term plans
Looking Into next year we’re planning to launch in Early Access at some point - when we know the game is ready for that - and we’ll be excitedly adding features and polishing the game to a bright sheen in the meantime.
But we can’t do any of that without you! Please do wishlist the game here, we've set up a thread in the steam forum to collect your feedback on what we've shown so far, and maybe if you’re ok with letting your inner Goblin loose, hit up the kickstarter and register for a notification when that goes live!
