About the DLC and more

Hello!

Reddit has banned my group and account, so you can follow the news on Steam instead)

A quick reminder: if you enjoy my games, please leave reviews on Steam—this helps a great deal.
I’ve also set up a proper Creator page that you can follow.

I’ve also set up a proper Creator page that you can follow.

1. DLC "Time of Pariah".
Work on the DLC is in full swing. At the moment, 18,500 words are written. We’ll be adding several new endings and lots of new achievements (yes, there were very few before).

As I’ve mentioned, the add-on focuses mainly on the Honey House. Many characters will reveal new sides of themselves, and we’ll get to know some of them much better.

A new 18+ scene will appear in the expansion.

I hope to finish the DLC in August 2025, but it’s still hard to judge exactly how much time remains.

2. Projects that are about to launch.
I realize most of you are here for the beast-folk, but I can’t help mentioning two titles that should be out very soon:
А) «Legends of Savvarah: Flowers and Scorpions».
A project set in the Savvarah universe, but on another continent.

B)Я пью Щавелевый Кофе, чтобы перезапустить реальность, но на меня охотятся Монстро-Девушки и вооруженные агенты.
A game set outside the world of Savvarah. Anime, fan-service and all that, but… lots of branching paths, appealing visuals, and, in my view, a perfectly solid story.

3. Plans for the future.
I’ve postponed the previously announced Savvarah projects after reviewing my "progress". Several new projects are now in their early stages. Their announcements will come later, but let’s go in order.

3.1. Legends of Savvarah: The Tigonia Crisis.
If you’re waiting for more beast-folk, good news—they’re coming.

I expect this project to release only in 2027 (possibly earlier, but I don’t want to promise).

The protagonist is Shakhantir, King of Water Tigonia. The story unfolds about 800 years after Time of Pariah, so no familiar characters will appear. It’s a standalone tale on a larger scale.

3.2. Queen of the Orcs.
This is not planned as a visual novel. While it will be narrative-driven, we intend to include character progression, turn-based battles, and even some tactical elements.

Gameplay is still being sketched out.

At the start you’ll choose one of three heroines, lead her to the head of the clan, and then manage the clan on a global map.

Character art is ready; everything else is in the concept phase.

3.3. Project Arachnid: Awaken My Humanity.

Also not exactly a visual novel, but a narrative-oriented game with an idea I’m very excited about. More details later—I don’t want to reveal too much yet.

Below are some character designs and fragments from that project:

About the DLC for "Time of Pariah"

Hello everyone!

Just a reminder: a story update for Time of Pariah will be released this year.

It’ll be free for those who already own the game and will slightly raise the price (in fact, it’s not a separate DLC but a significant update to the entire game).

The release is likely not before July–August 2025.

Upon release, I’ll also provide save files and brief instructions on how to quickly see the new content for those who’ve already experienced everything else.

What to expect in the DLC:
- A major expansion to the story branches involving the “Honeymoon House” and Sudu. Now, if you stay in the “Honeymoon House,” it won’t end the game.
- You’ll see much more of Viorra, Otkor, and Sudu.
- Two new characters will appear: Tikia, the owner of the Honeymoon House, and Mahavir, an officer in the Kradzhan Army.
- There’ll be one scene (an H-scene) in this DLC.
- The beginning of the game will be slightly altered so that the player/reader has a bit more information about the world right from the start.

Other story branches might be supplemented as well, BUT I’m not promising that. I feel that the other branches are more self-contained and complete.

RELEASE: "LEGENDS OF SAVVARAH: CHILDREN OF THE SUN"

Hello everyone!

My new game "Legends of Savvarah: Children of the Sun", has just been released.

It takes place in the world of Savvarah, and the game is fully complete.

You’ll find plenty of choices, multiple endings, and everything else you enjoy.

If you liked (or like) my projects, you can support me by purchasing the game and, of course, leaving a review. :)

RESULTS OF 2024 AND PLANS

Hello everyone!

Let me share a bit about the year’s results and plans for the next one.

The year was challenging—one might even say unsuccessful—but I’ve managed to make some progress, however small.

You can follow the news on my Reddit community. There, I also occasionally write about the creation process and share more details about the Savvarah universe.

Everything will be divided into two sections: [RESULTS] and [PLANS].

RESULTS:

1. The release of Legends of Savvarah: The Time of the Pariah. LINK

This year marked the release of a completed game set in the world of Savvarah.

Overall, I consider it a failure, but having a release is still an achievement.

Why do I see it as a failure?

- Several questionable creative decisions, less-than-ideal variability, and other choices. I don’t think it’s bad, but my expectations were a bit different.
- Financial disappointment. Even considering the significant chunk lost to U.S. taxes (due to the lack of a double taxation agreement), I managed to cover all direct expenses. However, my expectations were higher.

If you enjoyed the game, leaving a review would mean a lot.
If not… well, then don’t bother. :D

PLANS

1. Legends of Savvarah: Children of the Sun. LINK.

The game will be released on January 23, 2024.

I've written a lot about the project in my reports, but let's break it down point by point:

- We'll find ourselves in Savvarah long before Hasvah from Gods of Savvarah was born. The war with the Horned Ones has just ended, and Akotal has not yet become a semi-divine tyrant.

- This is a technical step forward. We've got full map navigation and relatively free interactions with characters.

- A single playthrough will be significantly longer than The Time of the Pariah. Despite this, the game still retains its strong variability.

- There’s a lot of universe lore. You'll dive deep into cosmology while exploring the personal stories of the characters.

P.S. Sorry, the screenshots aren't translated yet—I'm still in the process of adding translations to the game.

2. Legends of Savvarah: Flowers and Scorpions. LINK.
Scheduled for release in May 2025, though it might be delayed to June/July 2025.
It’s already well-developed but still needs assembly. Plus, I’m polishing the text to fix logical inconsistencies.

3. DLC for Legends of Savvarah: The Time of the Pariah.
A significant DLC is planned for June 2025.

For those who already own the game, it will be free. Details will follow next year, but here’s a preview:

- Expanded introduction to the story.
- More content around the Honey House and its residents. Expect more Viory and Otkor.
- Two new characters, including the Honey House’s Mistress.
- More Sudu, more Red Shiv.

Two more projects definitely won’t be released next year, but work on them is slowly progressing behind the scenes.

4. Legends of Savvarah: Whisper. of The Ocean.
It is planned to be a game with turn-based combat (not card-based), where you’ll have the opportunity to assemble a team—yes, much like in traditional RPGs. The setting is the tropical Ankar Archipelago.

The main character featured on the cover/banner is Atahira. Below is her image, along with one of the potential team members.

5. Legends of Savvara: Arachnum.
Arachnum is a province of the Julian Empire, where the dominant race is the Zkitani (insectoids).

The story takes place on Ertheon (the continent of beastfolk), over 800 years after the events of "The Time of the Pariah", when the war between the Dominion and Kradjan had long since ended. The remnants of Kradjan are now only the Aquatic Tigonia, while Ertheon is under the control of the Julian Empire (the Dominion’s successor).

Matius is a judge. He comes from a noble family of beastfolk. His father holds a prominent position in the Imperial Custoria (the local Presidential Administration), his brother is a deputy minister, and his grandfather was a city prefect and a high-ranking military officer.

Matius is appointed as the new Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Arachnum, a province inhabited by insectoids.

It’s too early to say exactly what the game will be like, but conceptually, I’m drawing inspiration from Dave the Diver.

This is a narrative-driven adventure. You’ll play as a judge, resolving disputes and navigating between the Empire and the interests of the local nobility. Along the way, you’ll explore maps, engage in mini-games, and build relationships with other characters (yes, romantic interests are planned, including beastfolk, insectoids, and Takur).

The protagonist (yes, he’s a feline humanoid) will be joined by several characters you’ll encounter along the way:

Thank you for reading all the way to the end.

I hope the next year will be productive. If you’d like to support me, feel free to leave a comment here. I read everything everywhere. :)

Happy upcoming holidays! :)

Big Report 2024

Hello everyone!
Today’s update is a big one. We’ll cover what’s happened and what’s in our plans.
Thanks for keeping up with the news!

You can subscribe to my subreddit, where I post various news, dev logs, and other content. There’s also a detailed description of the world of Savvarah and a few words about my creative journey.

1. This year, “Time of Pariah” was released.
Link to the game.
On the positive side, the game covered direct costs, though overall it brought in far less than expected, so I consider it a failure. “Time of Pariah” was an experiment for me, but it was, in many ways, unsuccessful.

- The extensive branching diluted the story and shortened the time it took to complete any single path.
- Combining 18+ content with a game where that content wasn’t central also wasn’t the best idea.

Still, we’re considering a major free update with new characters and expanded storylines, but we’re undecided. A final decision will be made around February or March next year.

2. “Children of the Sun.” Link to the game page.

In January 2025, we plan to release a new game set in the world of Savvarah, and we’re on track to meet the timeline.

In my opinion, we’ve fixed many “issues” from “Time of Pariah” in this game: the branching is still extensive, but each story path takes significantly longer to complete. “Children of the Sun” has more of a fantasy tone, with magic, divine entities, and, as with my previous games, is just as dark and harsh toward the main character. I hope you’ll enjoy it.

3. “Flowers and Scorpions.” Link to the game page.
A new visual novel in the world of Savvarah is scheduled for release in May 2025. A small delay is possible, though unlikely.

4. Stickers!
If you use Telegram, you can get stickers featuring characters from Savvarah here: Link.

5. Future Plans

5.1. Untitled Project #1 (Arachnum).
There are plans for two projects that will move away from the visual novel format. Both are in the VERY early stages of development.

Here’s the gist: Arachnum is a province of the Julian Empire, where the native race is the insectoid Zkitane.

The story is set on Ertheon, over 800 years after “Time of Pariah,” after the Dominion and Kradjan war ended long ago. All that remains of Kradjan is Aquatic Tigonia, while Ertheon is under Julian Empire control (the Dominion’s successor).

Matius is a judge from a noble family of beastfolk. His father holds a high position in the Imperial Custaincy (the Imperial Administration), his brother is a deputy minister, and his grandfather was a city prefect and high-ranking military officer.

Matius is appointed as the new Chief Justice of Arachnum, a province inhabited by insectoids.

It’s too early to say what the final game will be like, but in my mind, I’m aiming for something inspired by “Dave the Diver.”

It’s a story-driven adventure. You’ll be a judge, resolving disputes, navigating between the Empire and the local nobility’s interests, exploring the map, playing mini-games, and forming relationships with other characters (yes, romantic interests will include beastfolk, insectoids, and Takur).

5.2. Untitled Project #2 (“Beach Episode”).
This project is an attempt at a simple RPG with turn-based combat (something similar to Darkest Dungeon). The mechanics are still in development.

We already have some experience creating similar games and plan to build on that. The game will feature a main heroine and a party with whom you’ll battle in turn-based combat and interact to build relationships.

We’re calling it the “Beach Episode” because it takes place on tropical islands.

Here’s the main heroine:

And a few potential party members:

Additional: A book set in the world of Savvarah has been released, though I currently don’t have the rights to translate or share it, so for now, it’s just a “by the way.”

Thank you for your attention. I hope everything works out.

If you like what I’m doing, feel free to leave feedback or… well, just let me know. I’d appreciate it! :)
