Shape your farm: Landscaping

This is our fourth post in the series of core features in Farm Together 2. Today we're talking about Landscaping, one of the most requested features!
Landscaping
One of the new features in Farm Together 2 allows you to easily change the orography of your farm! Now you'll be able to raise or lower hills and slopes with barely any limitation!

Our goal for the landscaping tool is to make it as accessible and easy to use as possible. It will help you get nice results in no time!

Landscaping is unlocked by building the Landscaping Agency in the town. It's not cheap, but once you've done it, using it is rather affordable.
The drone
Once unlocked, you can select landscaping actions from the shop menu. When you select it, we'll bring up a drone to move around the farm, raising or lowering tiles remotely.

The drone can freely move around the farm, so you can easily select which tiles you want to work on.
Terrain height
One of the two landscaping tools is changing height: We can raise or lower a tile's height, telling if we want to put hills or slopes.

If a tile can't be raised because of its surrounding contents (for example a building blocking it, or not enough space available to raise terrain), it's clearly shown which tiles are the problem.
Ramps
The second tool can be used to add or remove ramps from hills. In Farm Together 2 you can climb over hills, so it's not fully required to have them, but they look pretty!
Time for a full farm makeover!
With the new landscaping tool, we've decided to remove the initial farm type choice when creating a farm. This means there won't be a flat layout available from the start (and no difficulty penalty either!).

It's still possible to get a fully flat farm by spending some time and resources in flattening it, if you prefer it that way.

As always, we'll be hearing your feedback on the tool and will adjust how it works if required. Stay tuned for further updates!
