Update #18 - Gothic Pack, Data Analyst & more!

[p]In today's update we're adding a new content pack, the Gothic pack! We're also adding more free content and improvements as usual.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Become a creature of the night and sink your teeth into this customization pack for Farm Together 2![/p][p]This Content pack features a bunch of themed customization, decoration and harvestable items.[/p][p]The pack can be purchased and downloaded by going to Settings->Downloadable Content. Note: This pack will be delayed on Nintendo Switch Europe and America regions. Update #17 - Event Shack & Celery

[p]In today's update we're adding two new special resources that will be harvested from event items (both during events and after they've finished), and a new building in town to exchange them for any kind of currency.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]New content[/p]
  • [p]New resources: Confetti and Puzzle pieces[/p]
  • [p]Event items will now yield these two new resources[/p]
  • [p]New town shop: Event Shack. This will exchange the new resources for currency.[/p]

  • [p]Added two buttons to copy/paste sign settings (Available on next update for Switch)[/p]
  • [p]Adjacent item selection via two-tapping the move/recycle action will now be blocked by fences, just like normal interactions.[/p]

[p]Today we're asking for your help by nominating Farm Together 2 to The Steam Awards 2025.[/p][p]Last year we asked for the "Better with Friends" category, so this year we're going with the "Sit back and Relax" one! Both are a good fit for the game, so it would be even better if you voted for the game on the two of them! [/p][p]Your help would be really appreciated, and as always we hope you're enjoying the game and the new content![/p][p]As for upcoming updates, we're working on an update bringing a new town shop and resource and a new crop, should be available by next week. We're also working on a new Gothic-themed DLC (not sure if it will be ready this year, but we're trying!), and an updated Xmas event with new stuff to unlock.[/p][p]If you don't have the game yet, it's available at a discounted price during the Steam Black Friday sale.[/p]

Update #16 - Small update

[p]In today's update we're doing a few tweaks to the ticket system to make the exchanges more interesting, and adding a few fixes and QoL improvements.[/p][p]New content[/p]

  • [p]You can now select all connected items of the same kind when moving/recycling by pressing the move/recycle button a second time on an already selected item.[/p]

Update #15 - Ticket Trader, Onions & much more!

[p]In today's update we're adding a new unlockable feature, the ticket trader! Tickets may show up when harvesting things on the farm. Collect a bunch of them and exchange them for resources at the trader![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]New content[/p]

  • [p]Improved CPU performance of animals on High model quality. Improved GPU performance when rendering Rabbits.[/p]
  • [p]Hill base terrain now uses the adjacent terrain type instead of its own tile. This avoids the square terrain change when the top has a different terrain type than the bottom.[/p]
  • [p]A dot is shown in the available shop slots on the Town map.[/p]
  • [p]Added a bind to directly travel to/from town without having to open the map. Bound to the T key by default on keyboard, not bound on controller.[/p]
  • [p]When internet connection is suddenly lost, the game will not throw the host directly to the main menu, but will ask the player and continue in offline mode.[/p]
  • [p]Added a few more options to the farm land images.[/p]
  • [p]You can now sort Farm lands in the Town hall.[/p]
  • [p]Increased range of most decorative lights in the farm.[/p]
  • [p]Xbox/PS5: Added a power saving option that limits the game to 1440p/60FPS to save on power and keep the system cool.[/p]
  • [p]Improved "Incorrect version" message to show more specific information on which client is outdated.[/p]
  • [p]Added a setting to automatically select the item we're standing on when opening the shop (disabled by default).[/p]

  • [p]Standarized storage capacity for a bunch of resources so there's not as much difference between them.[/p]
  • [p]Increased Stock size of town shops. Restock speed remains the same, so they will take longer to be back to 100%, but overall it should mean fewer trips to the shop.[/p]

  • [p]Fixed icons changing size when zooming in/out the map.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed animal/fish animation progressively getting weirder on long sessions (over 1 hour).[/p]
  • [p]Fixed wrong times on the Recent Players list.[/p]
