Small patch fix.
- Fixed a silly coding error which allowed players to use the Megabomb and roll when dying. (Produced funny results, not game breaking.)
- Fixed an issue where players couldn't shoot after leaving a vehicle or when two action happen at once.
- Goblin grenades could not be destroyed with Megabomb.
