Just a small update to fix couple of bugs and balance some enemies.

• Silence spell now works correctly and prevents the enemies from using magical attacks and spells.
  
• Fear status effect now works correctly and consumes 20% of Energy in each turn.
  
• Fixed a lever that was stuck in the forest catacomb.
