- Tweaks to the Party system with a playable NPC companion:
This demo includes a party mechanic where the NPC can join you to fight enemies. The mechanic is fully functional, and you'll be able to use Edgar to defeat the BOSS of the demo in the dungeon. We're investigating a random bug where he joins the party "dead." If that happens to you, just restart — we've added an automatic checkpoint so you don't lose progress. This is currently our top priority.
- Local COOP Party system adjustments:
Although the option is marked as Coming Soon, it's already usable. Just invite a friend and connect a joystick. (When controlling Edgar with the joystick, he isn’t completing combos, although all special moves work. We’ll fix this in the next build.)
- COOP Party system via Steam Remote Play:
We're in the process of implementing it and aim to have it ready before the 9th.
