LOCALIZATION UPDATE

UNDERDOGS now has the following languages:

• Español
• 中文
• Français
• Deutsch
• 한국어

(Go to settings to find your language)


We also fixed some bug issues (show below)

• Game should detect your lil hands punching the ground better while moving
• Passive items work in the same move now when bought
• Changed behavior for run history corruptions (should be better, yo)
• Zikittas steal frame is fixed + some logic adjustment so she's not whack af
• Chunked down ur memory overhead so your head doesn't hurt (jk bro c'mon)
• annnnnnnnnnd last but not least, nano-venom item trigger should be gtg

DANGEROUS STREETS UPDATE

Sup all!
Work on the Sandboxxer update continues in full, and in the meantime we've got a little surprise update for you: Dangerous Streets.

What's in it?

[h2]New Hails![/h2]
We made 4 new hail events for ACT II, introducing new characters such as Lashiffa and Ponette:



And adding new tale mechanics such as Raid:

Next time you play ACT II you'll have a higher chance of getting these events, so go looking for some trouble!

[h2]New Passive Items![/h2]
We've added 4 new passive items that affect street fights and stealing.


These items are available in ACT I and ACT II, in some specific hails and shops. Get them to find out what they do.

[h2]Busted![/h2]
Tried stealing? Got caught and burnt? All shop owners now have a new illustration when they catch you stealing.

Ever wonder what Zikitta has under her desk? Try stealing from her and find out!

[h2]Audio Upgrade![/h2]
We've updated our audio spatializer plugin and re-adjusted our SFX spatial settings - everything should sound that much better now!
We also improved the ambient SFX in between fights - the background sound of The Jungle's streets is more gritty and real than ever.

[h2]More Shit?![/h2]
You veterans can now skip any cutscene, including boss intros, by long-pressing the trigger.
We've also slightly upped the chance of getting Weapons in shops, hails and Patron rewards.

Update 1.0.5 - BLEEEEEEP

Parents rejoice, the Adult Filter is now functional!

By toggling it on in the Settings menu, profanity will be censored (in texts, King's voice lines, and by muting the music's lyrics) and gory scenes will be blurred out.

We've also solved a few bugs and minor issues.

Update 1.0.4 - Wrecking ball!

The studio's at work on The Sandboxxer Update, which is shaping up even better than anticipated. But before we dive head-on into its production, we've got a small update for yall.

[h3]New weapon just dropped: THE WRECKING BALL!

The Wrecking Ball is a high-skill blunt weapon that, when used well, can cause tons of DMG and provide for great crowd control.

[h3]We've also added Event Sound-Bites.
[/h3]
As of now, every event in UNDERDOGS has a unique sound-bite that plays when you visit!
We've been wanting to add this for a long time and were finally able to implement it.
It's a small touch that we feel adds a lot of character.

[h3]And finally, we've made lots of small improvements and bug fixes.[/h3]
These include:
  • Fixed situations where the grappling hook could be stuck underground or in walls
  • Fixed issues with recentering while playing on Quest Link
  • Fixed the bindings for Windows Mixed Reality headsets
  • Added launch options to Steam (OpenVR/Oculus)
  • Improved the Ultra setting of the Shadow Quality on PC
