UPDATE NOTICE: DECEMBER 19

[p]Attention Pilots:[/p][p]Mecha BREAK will undergo maintenance on December 19 at 12:00 AM (UTC+8) for about 10 hours (subject to extension). As a token of thanks, all pilots will receive a Maintenance Supply Drop (1,000 Mission Tokens, not counted toward season totals). Log in within 14 days after the update to claim it via in-game mail.[/p][p]After the update, the Winter Carnival begins with exciting limited-time events and exclusive rewards! Thanks for your support and feedback over the past six months. Here's what's coming:[/p][p][/p][p]#Winter Carnival#[/p][p]Celebrated worldwide before the Catastrophe, the Winter Carnival combines ancient Sirilian solar rituals with global New Year traditions. Today, it represents gratitude, renewal, and new beginnings.[/p][p]To start things off, S.H.A.D.O.W. is sending 2,000 Carnival Tokens via in-game mail to everyone! Use them to join the festivities, rack up wins, and claim big rewards![/p][p]Anka will also send a story about the festival's origins, along with 10 Snowballs, to your in-game mail, so you can have some fun in Hope Plaza.[/p][p]Event Dates:[/p][p]December 19, 2025 (post-update) – January 16, 2026 (pre-update)[/p][p][/p][p]Hope Plaza[/p][p]Anka has turned Hope Plaza into a winter wonderland! With glowing auroras, a towering festive tree, snowdrifts, and snowmen, it's full of holiday vibes. Pilots are dropping in to relax, snap pics, and soak up the magic![/p][p][/p][p]How to Get There:[/p][p]Use the quick-access button in the main lobby. Or, take the base elevator to the 5th floor.[/p][p][/p][p]Rules:[/p][p]Hope Plaza is an open social hub where you can meet other pilots, see their names and custom appearances, add friends, invite them to squads, snap photos, or even throw snowballs![/p][p]Hope Plaza hosts up to 20 pilots per instance to keep things smooth. Leave and return within 5 minutes to rejoin the same instance, unless it's full.[/p][p]Want to join a friend? Use your friends list to hop into their instance. If it's full, start a new one and ping your friend to join using your Comms.[/p][p][/p][p]Portable Terminal:[/p][p]To make relaxing in Hope Plaza easier, pilots now have access to a portable terminal. Simply activate it to launch and accept missions, manage inventory, check mail, and chat without leaving the plaza.[/p][p][/p][p]Comms:[/p][p]The Hope Plaza channel lets you chat with pilots in your current instance.[/p][p]The Hope Plaza chat is limited to your current instance and doesn't allow chatting between different instances.[/p][p][/p][p]Emotes:[/p][p]This update adds new emotes for pilots to connect in the Base or Hope Plaza! Just open the chat channel, switch to the emote tab, and start using them.[/p][p]To kick things off, you'll get 5 free Emotes: Cheer, Give Kudos, Startled, Feeling Down, and Greet. Want more? Join Winter Carnival events to unlock them![/p][p]Winter Carnival-exclusive Emotes, like lighting fireworks and throwing snowballs, are only usable in Hope Plaza, and require special event items.[/p][p][/p][p]Fly Around Hope Plaza:[/p][p]Enjoy the stunning views! Jetpacks are now unlocked in Hope Plaza, letting you soar freely. When your energy runs out, you'll glide back to the ground.[/p][p]Jetpacks are required in outdoor areas like Hope Plaza. Don't have one? S.H.A.D.O.W. will equip you with a standard jetpack.[/p][p][/p][p]Avatar Broadcast:[/p][p]Show off your look! Hope Plaza's Avatar Broadcast lets you display your pilot and Striker on the big screens. For 200 Carnival Tokens, your avatar and Striker will appear on all screens for 15 minutes.[/p][p]The broadcast displays your current pilot and Striker setup. Once activated, it can't be changed, interrupted, or used by others during your broadcast.[/p][p]Claw Machines[/p][p]Alongside the festive decor, Anka has set up claw machines in Hope Plaza. Each attempt costs 10 Carnival Tokens. If you snag a ball, you'll score a small reward from Anka herself![/p][p]Only one pilot can use a claw machine at a time. After 30 seconds of inactivity, the session ends automatically so others can take their turn.[/p][p][/p][p]Snowball Fight[/p][p]With all the snow in Hope Plaza, why not start a snowball fight? Activate Snowball Throwing Mode and aim to launch your attack![/p][p]Each throw consumes a snowball from your Inventory, so make sure to stock up.[/p][p]Get hit by too many snowballs quickly, and you'll turn into a snowman! As a snowman, you can't use Emotes but can still move around.[/p][p][/p][p]Skirmish Mode[/p][p]Skirmish, a Winter Carnival special hosted by the Commonwealth of Lunar-mare, uses the simulated network system. Inspired by Ace Arena pre-tournament matches, this free-for-all pits 12 pilots against each other. First to 1,000 points wins—show off your ace skills![/p][p][/p][p]How to Join:[/p][p]Enter Skirmish through the event tab in the Lobby or the Portable Terminal in Hope Plaza.[/p][p]This is a solo event—you'll be randomly matched with 11 other pilots for a 12-player free-for-all![/p][p]Open 24/7 during the Winter Carnival with no entry requirements, unlimited attempts, and endless rewards![/p][p]All your Mods and weapons will work as normal.[/p][p][/p][p]Maps:[/p][p]The Commonwealth has designed two new battlefields for Skirmish, with one randomly selected for each match: a snowy winter port or a massive dock beneath a giant shelter.[/p][p][/p][p]Scoring Rules:[/p][p]Earn 100 points for defeating an enemy Striker, 50 for assists, and 200 for opening Supply Crates on the battlefield.[/p][p]Supply Crates deploy 30 seconds after the match starts and spawn in random locations. Once opened, a new crate appears 30 seconds later at a different spot.[/p][p][/p][p]Victory Conditions:[/p][p]The match ends immediately if any pilot reaches 1,000 points, with all scores tallied.[/p][p]If no one hits 1,000 points, the match ends after 5 minutes, and all pilot scores are tallied.[/p][p][/p][p]Battle Rules:[/p][p]You can choose any unlocked Striker, but if it's destroyed, you need to manually switch to another to continue.[/p][p]You'll be eliminated from the match, and your score will be tallied if all your Strikers are destroyed.[/p][p][/p][p]Scoring & Rewards:[/p][p]Your score converts to Carnival Tokens at a 1:1 ratio.[/p][p]Finish first to snag the MVP title and an extra 300 Tokens![/p][p][/p][p]Co-Op Drill[/p][p]Co-Op Drill, a Winter Carnival highlight hosted by the Commonwealth on the Simulation Network, pits your squad against TATRA, a colossal Striker from the Thalassic Federation. Fully simulating its devastating power, this battle will push your teamwork to the limit.[/p][p][/p][p]How to Join:[/p][p]Enter via the event tab in the Lobby or Portable Terminal in Hope Plaza.[/p][p]This is a 3-player squad event. You can either randomly match with two players upon entry or form a team in advance via recruitment posts or your friends list.[/p][p]Open 24/7 during the Carnival, with no entry requirements or limits on attempts and rewards.[/p][p]Feel free to use Weapon Airdrops, Gliders, and Auxiliary Devices during battles, with Mods functioning as normal. However, failed missions mean the Simulation Network cannot recover used Weapon Airdrops, Gliders, or Auxiliary Devices. Choose wisely or utilize the Secure Cargo Bay flexibly.[/p][p][/p][p]Victory Conditions:[/p][p]Neutralize TATRA within 15 minutes to win. The squad will auto-withdraw from the battlefield and receive rewards.[/p][p]The mission fails if the battle exceeds 15 minutes or the squad's Strikers are destroyed, resulting in withdrawal without rewards.[/p][p][/p][p]Battle Rules:[/p][p]Squads have 60 seconds to prepare before the battle, with Weapon Airdrops deployable only in the central area.[/p][p]Use a Summoning Beacon to revive teammates. The beacon has unlimited uses but a 60-second cooldown.[/p][p][/p][p]Scoring & Rewards:[/p][p]Destroy TATRA within 15 minutes to earn 600 Carnival Tokens per squad member. Speedkill it in 6 minutes for an extra 400 Tokens each![/p][p][/p][p]Event Rewards[/p][p]Collect Carnival Tokens from event activities and visit the giant festival tree in Hope Plaza's central area to open event Supply Crates.
