[/p][p][/p][h2]New Content[/h2][p]New Ace Challenge: In case you missed the update from last week, we made a bunch of changes based on your feedback from the first Ace Challenge. Below is a list of those changes:[/p]
  • [p]Improved descriptions for scoring post-match results as well as additional information in the loading screen and help screen[/p]
  • [p]Tuning adjustments to bot behaviors and difficulty, including bot skill in flaring.[/p]
  • [p]Trophy Case will be viewable on other player profiles to view acquired Mementos.[/p]
  • [p]Ace Challenge Memento’s will be featured in a variety of tiers:[/p]
    • [p]Common for 3-star Easy completion.[/p]
    • [p]Uncommon for 3-star Medium completion.[/p]
    • [p]Rare for 3-star Hard completion.[/p]
    • [p]Epic for placing in the Top 100 on the Ace Challenge leaderboard.[/p]
    • [p]Legendary for placing 3rd, 2nd, or 1st on the Ace Challenge leaderboard.[/p]
    • [p]Note: You will receive the Memento for your highest tier/accolade reached.[/p]
  • [p]Ace Challenge Memento’s will also show aircraft as well as teammate information.[/p]
  • [p]Made some adjustments to certain star thresholds.[/p]
  • [p]Leaderboard entries will now include Aircraft used and Level.[/p]
  • [p]Upon defeat, the Ace will now eject.. who knows when they may return! 🫣[/p]
  • [p]Some Art and UI tweaks to various screens and menus related to Ace Challenges.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue that had Ace Challenges contributing to player win rates in PvP.[/p]
[p]Alongside these changes, our newest Ace Challenge is going live TODAY, and you’ll be tasked against: RICOCHET 🎯[/p][p][/p][p](New Map) Countdown: We know you’ve been counting down the days for this, and we’re happy to announce that both Countdown \[Day + Night] will be entering the rotation September 23rd alongside this deployment. This brand new map had more points of interest and ways to find cover unlike any sandbox we’ve created for Metalstorm. There’s fun to be had for all roles and playstyles, so have fun exploring and make sure you #showusyourmetal 💪[/p][p][/p][p]Countdown Flight Pass: This coincidentally themed flight pass comes flying into Metalstorm on Saturday, September 27th at 9:00 AM PT. As a reminder, purchasing the Flight Pass bundle through our web shop earns you Star Points to redeem for rewards, as well as extra silver for your squadmates.[/p][p][/p][h2]Miscellaneous[/h2][p]Bug Fixes[/p]
