Sims rival Inzoi shows off gorgeous new Stardew Valley island location

It's July, and I'm still dreaming of hot, sandy beaches, and a drink by a sunny pool. It's the best part of the summer in my honest opinion, and it looks like Inzoi agrees with me. The new Stardew Valley-like vacation island, Cahaya, is set to arrive in-game in a rapidly approaching August update. Details of what the island will look like have been light on the ground until now: a new teaser trailer has revealed a first look at the island - and I couldn't be more excited.

inZOI Director Hopes To Evolve The Game “Into A Simulation Where We Use AI For Characters”

In about a week since its March release in Steam Early Access, the ambitious life sim inZoi, published by South Korean gaming juggernaut KRAFTON (PUBG, The Callisto Protocol, Subnautica and more), has sold 1M copies. However, despite this tremendous achievement, the game has struggled to retain buyers in the ensuing months, with Steam Charts showing a drop from an average of 9,400 players in April to a comparatively low 1,400 players in the last 30 days.

In anticipation of the 1.0 release and, perhaps as an effort to regain momentum, the team responsible for inZoi has been working hard to address community requests, improve performance, and prepare new content and features. Most recently, patch 0.2.0 introduced a ModKit, alongside more items, more flexible gender identity settings and quality-of-life updates. Life sim Inzoi's next update lets you vacation in new Stardew Valley like resort

Half the fun of life sims is living out the everyday moments with your carefully crafted characters, be it exploring, traveling, or even vacationing. And it looks like the upcoming update for Inzoi is going to give your Zois even more freedom to do the above, by introducing a new feature that will allow them to go on vacation to a new Stardew Valley style island getaway. And there's even better news, there's going to be farming.
