Update Notes For v0.52.00

This update is mainly about improving the asset decay system for a more accurate simulation. Previously, all your business and household assets would lose condition at a fixed rate. You'd buy a set of office computers and some years later they'd all expire at the same time.

Now some assets will only lose condition when they get used by someone. For example, a Delivery Driver spends 100% of their work hours driving so they will wear out their vehicle much faster than a Real Estate Director, who spends only 25% of their work hours driving.

This applies to the household and personal assets as well. When cooking food at home, the oven is only use 50% of the time. On the other hand, a Chef at a restaurant would use it 100% of the time and therefore wear out the oven sooner.

It also means you can do things like buy a ton of trucks for your single person Trucking Company and not worry about them decaying prematurely.

On a separate note, I apologise to the 5.9% of Canadian players who had their maple-covered country relegated to a Steam Workshop mod. Calgary is now available in the base game, although if you're already playing the city using the workshop mod you should keep the mod enabled.
