Seeing how much use players were getting out of the Career Explorer, it was time to extend it to include more parts of the game. With a new rebranding, the Career Explorer is now the City Explorer!

- Overhauled Career Explorer to City Explorer
- City Explorer now shows average wage for jobs
- Added breakdown of instalment vs principal to current debt tooltip
- Hover over taxable income estimate tooltip shows estimate without needing to open it
- Cleaned up notification display for errors
- Adjusted some good status effect happiness changes to match bad status effects
- Fixed available assets percentage sometimes not matching job efficiency calculation
- Fixed issue with options file not recovering if it somehow gets wiped
