The delivery zone will be a hive of activity, with vehicles queuing up to unload their goods.



Residential Surroundings

Next, let's talk about the residential surroundings. Your superstore will be nestled among buildings filled with potential customers. These residential areas are crucial for your store's success, as they represent the primary source of foot traffic and customer flow.

Some will say it's the selection of the right products 🛍️, others will claim it's all about location, location, location 📍. Maybe it’s the placement of the shelves and the products on them 🗂️? In our opinion, the main ingredient is one: the happiness of your customers 😊. In today's devlog, we will talk about just that. So, how will you make your customers happy in SuperStore?

Have a Variety of Products 🛒
Each customer will come to the store with their shopping list 📋. Whether they find what they need or not is crucial to their happiness 😃. So, it’s always a good idea to have a variety of products so everyone can find what they need.

Make the Prices Fair 💲
As you set up prices and promotions for each product, it’s very important not to be too greedy 😈. Of course, you run a business and need to make a profit 💼, but if the prices are too high, even if someone finds what they’re looking for, they might not buy it and won't be happy about it 😞.



Don’t Make Them Wait ⏳
No one likes to wait in lines 🚶 - and neither do your customers. So, don’t make them wait. Whether it’s at the register 🛒, the toilet 🚻, or even to enter the shop 🚪, swift actions ensure that the store runs smoothly and everyone leaves happy 😊. If they wait too long ⏱️, they might leave the shop and abandon their goods - which means more for you to clean up 🧹.

Clean Up Your Mess 🧽
Running a store can create a lot of mess 🗑️ - empty boxes 📦, clogged toilets 🚽, products and baskets left on the floor 🧺, or even items destroyed during shopping 🛍️. Every messy item decreases customer happiness 😣. So, grab your broom and get to work 🧹.



Every customer that leaves your store will go to a special machine where they can share their thoughts about their visit 💬. Was it good 👍, or did they leave angry 😡? Based on that feedback, Corporate will review your performance as the manager of SuperStore. If everything is in order, you can expect a promotion 📈. If not, punishment will be imminent ⚠️.
