Demo Patch 0.713 Controller Support and Bug fixes

Improvement: full controller support
Improvement: allow the player to remove an recipe from the menu.
Bug Fix: Loading a saved game sometimes would automatically open the inn.
Bug Fix: in certain conditions, buying items would spend the money but not receiving the items.
