Fixed the issue where the Watcher kept discharging electricity continuously.
Added the ability to toggle quest display with the Tab key.
Increased health for all destructible beacons and doors.
Added a marker for "Continue following the little dinosaur" in the beginner tutorial.
Added on-screen grappling hook prompts in the center.
Raised the camera height for the vehicle view.
Made the little dinosaur non-collidable during the tutorial.
