Patch 1.04f: X for speed

[p]Added tutorial to explain that you can speed up the game by pressing X and slow it down again with Z. You can also adjust the speed in options.[/p]

[p]Fixed a rare Synergy Research shop bug that could stealthily mess with your gold (you would buy Synergy Research but nothing would happen except some gold would be stolen).[/p]
