A new weekly report featuring the latest from the last week's developmental cycle. Let's dive into it:

Our artist has begun preparing various assets for new Henosis content, including Caly's new gig at a certain special 'establishment' 😏

Speaking of new content, a new scene, menacingly named "Caly’s Revenge" has been green-lit and is now being sketched. They say, "Hell hath no fury, like a woman scorned.". Wonder what or who incurred Caly's wrath..

Also for the newly launched monthly poll - Your vote is in and we have heard your choice! The sketches for July's pin-up are now in progress, with fantastic artwork to look forward to at the end of the month.

The new cut-ins for the Tripteen boss battles are now complete.

Recently, our writer has been exploring concepts and ideas to expand the relationship path between Caly and Vas. Stay tuned for more exciting (and potentially touching) relationship development and bonding moments for these two characters.

New Quest Log entries, covering the remaining quests that didn't make it into the game by the time of VoidBound's Steam release, are now being added.

To aid navigation and immersion, special sparkle animations for key events are being integrated during questing to ensure players stay oriented and spend less time being lost and more time being engaged.

More maps have been added under the Nameplate System, offering players comprehensive navigational aids and a better, more easier way of remembering where they need to go.

We've also implemented some new updates to the animation system, something we'd love to showcase in the future.

Finally, a new sound effects system has been prototyped, with trials now underway. Details are still being hashed out, but we hope the end product will enrich your sci-fi auditory experience.

It's time for our weekly progress report to catch you up on all the latest developments in the world of VoidBound.

Two New Scenes are now at the Concept Art Stage.

Additionally, preparations for the next major quest have also begun, with a draft for a new design elements now underway. New zones? New characters? New lewds? Hopefully, all of them!

New cut-ins unique to the Tripteen Boss fight are in the works as well.

Adjustments are also being made to the weapon modding interface to improve usability and aesthetics.

Update from our lead writer- The final outline for the Orc Side Quest is nearly complete, setting the stage for an exciting new adventure. This one has been a long time in the making.

As aforementioned, the groundwork for two separate new erotic scenes have been laid down as well with the artists now busy bringing them to life.

Brace for some fresh quality of life changes:

Debuff and Buff Timers: A visual turn timer for tracking buffs and debuffs has been added, now visible on both Caly and the enemies. Plan your strategies more reliably without guesswork.

Battle Speed Memory: The battle speed setting in combat will now be remembered for future fights, enhancing convenience. Set and forget!

Timeline Positioning: A new function now shows Caly’s position on the timeline when using skills with charge-up or end turn effects.

Enemy Icon Numbering: A numbering system has been added to enemy icons on the timeline for better turn order clarity.

Text Fix: Fixed an issue where text was cut off after combat when receiving items and credits simultaneously.

Hi everyone,

Another week flown by, and we’re back with the latest news on our game's progress. Let's check out what the team has been upto in this one.

Foremost, STEAM Summer Sale is in fully swing! We whipped up some sizzling new promotional art for the event to celebrate VoidBound's first sale since the EA launch. Grab it while it’s hot!

Additional work is being done on the restrained art for the Tripteen boss battle. These new changes will add an extra layer of intensity to the encounter!

In response to player feedback, we also decided to make a few graphical tweaks to various standing arts. While subtle, it's our hope that the changes would be positively noticeable!

SpaceOrc Quest Status: We’re thrilled to share that our writers went all out and finished the draft outlines for the Orc Side Quest! We can't wait for the story arc of this exotic creatures to come to life in-game.

Brace for some Quality of Life updates! We’re quickly working through the game adding more sparkling animations to interact-able events/objects, so players can easily spot them.

Simultaneously, we’ve enhanced the visibility of various events in the Henosis Embassy and Xaide, making them easier to discover and interact with.

A new plugin has been crafted that'll now display the name of the location when entering the area.

Finally, as part of our ongoing efforts, we’ve implemented multiple balancing tweaks to various facets of the combat to make the experience more snappy.
