Update V0.7.26

- Added book categorization display in the Library.
- Increased the Library's capacity to 5 times its original size.
- You can now rename your farm even after it has been built (via the management panel).
- Fixed a bug where royal insults to clan members could still be reported to the magistrate for punishment.
- Fixed bugs related to retainers: missing Luck stat display, interaction panel not closing independently, and incorrect text for Luck-related traits.
- Fixed an occasional bug where retainer faces were missing during interactions.
- Fixed a bug where players couldn't demolish a purchased shop.
- Fixed a bug where talent interactions with royal women could get stuck.
- Fixed a bug where dispatching troops with zero soldiers would result in negative morale display.
- Fixed a bug where returning soldiers showed zero when fewer than 1,000 were assigned.
- Fixed a bug where the war duration tooltip would not update properly during battle.
- Fixed a bug where canceling the construction of the Civil and Military Temples would block future temple construction.
- Fixed a bug where the estate name didn't update properly on the map after renaming.

Thank you so much for your incredible support of House of Legacy. Since launch, we’ve received a tremendous amount of valuable feedback, and we’ve taken note of every single suggestion. As a small team (1 dev + 2 artists), we are working through optimizations step by step, so we sincerely ask for your patience and understanding. We are fully committed to improving the game experience!

Due to the complex relationship between estates and overall game progression data, the one-click clear and upgrade functions for estates are still under research. We’re actively exploring possible solutions.

Other issues such as building system optimization, performance stutters, streamlining clan member development, Gazette system improvements, family tree enhancements, overall UX upgrades, and new feature requests, have all been added to our optimization backlog. We’ll continue making adjustments and keep you updated on our progress through the community and social media.

About Future Gameplay Content:
Once the current version stabilizes, we’ll continue expanding gameplay with royal court mechanics, clan and noble family interactions, new events, and more. Our full Early Access content roadmap will be shared soon.

Friendly reminder: Some players using external tools or modifiers to change game data may encounter conflicts or unexpected bugs. Please use such tools with caution and consider backing up your save files beforehand.

Update V0.7.21

1.Removed the yearly limit on Gold exchanges to make sure the Bank always works.
2.You can now see how much Gold you can still exchange at the Bank.
3.Fixed a bug where blueprint info didn’t refresh properly after importing to the Farm.
4.Military Officers can now lead a lot more troops.
5.ASDW movement speed is now twice as fast.
6.When a lost clan member returns, you can now rename them.
7.You can now rename your old estate.
8.Fixed a bug where the enlistment event didn’t pop up after the Minister of War sent out troops.
9.Fixed a bug where the “Weaken Morale” option was missing during battles you started yourself.
10.To avoid wasting time with the wrong settings, clan members can’t auto-read books until you’ve built a Library in your estate.

Update V0.7.21

- Fixed a bug where stable capacity was not updated when a horse died.
- Fixed a bug where planning and building a shop would incorrectly count against the family’s buildable shop limit.
- Fixed an issue where shops could occasionally not be demolished or would cause errors when removed.
- The guaranteed appearance of a new estate now also applies beyond Year 20 (helpful for players with long-running saves).
- Optimized the guest-attracting mechanism in the teahouse: spending more now increases the chance of attracting guests.

Patch Notes V0.7.20

- Added a “Clear All” button to remove every building on a farm with one click.
- Fixed a bug that caused incorrect environment, safety, and other stats after demolishing buildings.
- You can now drag to place all decorative trees, tea trees, and fruit trees for faster building.
- Fixed an issue that allowed the same official to be appointed twice when reclaiming a county.
- Introduced a safety net for estates: at least one new estate will appear by Year 20.
- Reworded the “Gift a Book to a Family Member” task for better clarity.
