Version 0.1.3.060 - FPS and network Optimizations and bug fixes!

Hello heroes! :D

Been working on some serious optimizations that should increase FPS quite significantly as well as a lot of network optimizations that should make the game use less bandwith and therefor have a smoother overall multiplayer experience.

We're working on a lot more bug fixes such as a fix for the coin stacking, plane swap board, lingering backseat gun, ... Except a few more hotfix and bug fix updates soon. :)

-fixed planes slowing down when flying fast close to the ground

-dynamic/custom crosshair now also fades a little while reloading like the classic crosshair
-vehicle usernames should now be much more reliably rendered (planes and tanks sometimes not showing username tag bug fix)
-TNT stuck to a player should no longer block the player's bullets
-attack plane rockets should now be much more responsive and reliable in damage output
