We are also closing the "Enlist in the Italian Army" form from this moment, in order to clean the list from all the playwords and derogatory nicknames we're sure some have introduced (don't try to deny), then include it in the final version version of the game.
In the meantime, until release next Thursday, some members of the WRD community who have helped us test and balance the DLC will now start streaming videos of the new Italian nations, for your perspective.

Italy Nation Pack - Coming Soon!

Hello!

You might be wishing, you might be waiting, but Wargame: Red Dragon - Nation Pack: Italy is really getting awfully close to release. We only need to put the final flourish and finishing touches on our newest Nation Pack DLC.

We have a couple of other, smaller news to share, including the opportunity to feature your chosen name in our new Nation Pack. Keep reading to find out more!
Enlist in the Italian Army
We are very close to the finish line. When we are ready, we’ll announce a release date ASAP. Note that with the Nation Pack’s launch, we’ll also reboot the Ranked leaderboards in Wargame: Red Dragon.

In the meantime, we offer you to “Enlist in the Italian Army.” You might know the drill, but this is where you can submit your chosen name as a squad leader’s name in-game.

There are a couple of rules:
 • Only one name per player.
 • Names appropriate to the Nation Pack featured.
 • Surnames only.
 • No insults or wordplay. All names will be checked.
 • Names will be picked randomly for an in-game unit. We can’t assign a name to a specific category. So, even if you want to be a hotshot fighter pilot, your name might be featured as a supply truck instead. The fortunes of war!

Follow the link to submit your name.
