Some of the actions we're taking to heed your feedback: peek into patch 0.7.1!

Hello, Tamers!
We've been carefully listening to your feedback on some aspects Temtem: Swarm could improve upon, and we've crafted some changes to better said aspects.
Since we understand they directly affect your enjoyment of the game, we've made a push to have these changes be included in patch 0.7.1, which should be coming out late July. Many of these changes are focused on alleviating the dilution of the pool and improving the RNG feel as we continue creating new Techs and Gears. Here's a "small" sneak peek into some of the changes coming!

To start off, we will increase the chances of getting perks that synergize with any of your currently held perks. This means that if you have the Technique for a synergy, you will be more likely to see the Gear that matches with it to create a synergy, and vice versa. Please do keep in mind you'll need to have the Synergy unlocked for this to happen, so complete as many Kudos as you can!
We are aware that many of you would like to enjoy more Synergies during your Swarm runs, so with this change Synergies will become more common!

Next we'll further lower the chances for perks that you ignore to appear in following level ups. While our hearts were in the right place with this change, we've heard your feedback that it was hard to actually feel, so we'll be making ignored perks less likely to appear each time they are ignored. Byincreasing the percentage in which unpicked Perks lose appearance chances, Snoozes are going to become really helpful when you have to choose between 2 strong Perks.

Moving on, we will also lower the base probability of Techniques appearing in the level up section when your Tech slots are filled. It will be reduced to a 20%, instead of the current 50%.

And! We will increase the chances that you get 4 perks offered to you when you have a full build. This used to be entirely dependent on your Luck skill, but we're adding a 35% base bonus to it. This means that by then, if you have enough of the Luck skill, you could reach a 100% chance of getting 4 perk slots.

To top this all off, we'll be increasing the number of rerolls, blocks and snoozes to five (5)!

On a different aspect, we'll be adding 4 totally new Neutral Techniques, as well as giving all Tems access to currently existing Neutral Techs. This will essentially duplicate the amount of Techs each Tem has access to, and we hope this will improve the variety that can be enjoyed in runs. We've heard your complaints that runs felt somewhat similar, even with different Tems, because the current Temtem didn't have that many Techniques. With this we'll be giving you new tools to explore and play with!

We also wanted to address the frustration some of you feel when faced with having to raise a Temtem's Skill Tree from zero after unlocking it. To this end, we'll be be raising x6 the amount of Pansuns a Tem starts with, all Tems! To give you a practical example, Crystle now has 5000 Pansuns for you to upgrade its Skill Tree once you get it, but once patch 0.7.1 launches, you will have a nifty 32000 Pansuns to start with on Crystle's Skill Tree, which will surely make those beginnings way less rocky!

But of course, these are not all the changes coming in patch 0.7.1! There's some more Quality of Life changes, improvements, balance, and bug fixes, so please look forward to the full patch notes! We'll share a definitive date once we have one, stay tuned!
