We’ve been itching to share some juicy details about the awesome Temtem you'll be encountering in Swarm! To kick things off with a splash (pun intended!), we're diving deep into one of the first playable Tems you'll meet... the one, the only, the adorable and intoxicatingly powerful Platypet!

That's right, get ready to unleash irresistible cuteness with this feathery friend. But don't let the cuddly exterior fool you – Platypet packs a punch that'll pummel the incoming swarm of baddies!

[h2]Let's Talk Moves[/h2]

Platypet can unleash surprising devastation against the swarm while warming your heart with its undeniable cuteness. Platy’s basic technique is Wave, a playful (but painful!) splash that targets a random enemy and travels in a direct line. As you level up, you get to choose new techniques and gears or level up the techniques you already have. Each level of a technique can make it stronger, last longer, increase the number of projectiles, and more!



Platypet also gets to double-dip and pull from both the Water and Toxic type techniques! Check out a few of them below:

Water Blade: A focused jet of water that cuts through the swarm

Water Cannon: A powerful column of water that pummels the swarm from above

Fluid Barrier: A protective wheel of water that deflects attacks and knocks back any Tems that touch it

[h3]Toxic Techniques[/h3]
Toxic Ink: A spray of toxic ink over a short distance damaging any Tems caught in its path

Pollution: A cloud of noxious gas appears and poisons Tems who touch it(Use your imagination on this one, no visuals yet!)

[h2]What about that Ultimate?[/h2]

We always need something a little more impressive, right? Platypet's ultimate ability is Tsunami, which unleashes a massive wave that engulfs the swarm and leaves them floundering!



So, do you want a cuddly companion who can also unleash watery (and slightly toxic) devastation? Then Platypet is the perfect Temtem for you! Just remember, with great power comes great responsibility (and maybe some rubber gloves for all that toxic stuff).

Play solo or online co-op with up to 3 players to face relentless swarms of Tems. Strategize, share resources (or don’t!), and take down increasingly more powerful bosses by building the wildest synergies. Adaptation is key to surviving and Tems are built for it! Defeat the swarms to gain experience, level up, grow stronger, and unlock your final evolution. Collect and capture every available Tem to unlock their powerful Traits and unique Ultimate abilities! Unleash unstoppable ultimates you have incredible power at your command and evolve to endure as adaptation is the key to survival and your Tems are built for it!



Choose when to tap into a Tem’s full potential and unleash devastating attacks, defensive abilities, or power-ups that help you and your friends clear the map in one fell swoop. Collect XP after defeating enemies to level up, grow stronger, and unlock your final evolution. If you get pummeled by the Swarm, the run doesn’t end there! Use Ghost Mode to fight on in co-op to support your friends until they can safely revive you and rejoin the fight. The ultimate test of teamwork and survival awaits!



Lastly, conquering each stage by defeating challenging mini-bosses and formidable stage bosses with devastating abilities is your end goal. Strategize, pivot, and prove your skills as you face off against powerful Tems like Gharunder, Yowlar, and Nessla.
