Mods now load significantly faster and have their own dedicated shadercache
Mods can now ship with shadercache pre-built so the end-user doesn't have to generate them on first load
Modding Tools have been updated with Nyakuza Metro + Online Party features

Death Wish support for Online Party
Mod level support for Online Party
Mod paint dyes are supported for Online Party if both players have the dye installed
Fixed being able to use emotes on the titlescreen
Fixed softlock in ending caused by Online Party join act prompt
