DEMO UPDATE - 1.0.1.0

Hello!

We are Lighters, the development team behind THANKS, LIGHT.!

We'd like to share some news about the updated demo version that's currently available.

We are now posting update news in Korean!
It was strange that we, as Korean developers, weren't using our own language, right? Especially since we're not that great at English...

Fixed a bug where puzzle objects couldn't be picked up in certain areas.

Enhanced the interaction effect when picking up puzzle objects.

We received feedback that it was hard to tell when an object was picked up or not, so we made the effect stronger. However, it might end up being too flashy and hurt your eyes. If it's too much, please let us know!

Actually, we're currently working hard to improve the object interaction effects!

Adjusted the level design of several stages.
We tried to remove inconveniences without hindering the fun of the puzzles.

Added magnetic fields to the doors!
Now it's more intuitive that you can't carry puzzle objects through them! We finally understand why Companion Cubes were made separately.

Fixed other miscellaneous bugs.
But it seems that fixing bugs just creates more bugs!

We have slightly reduced the brightness of the stage clear effect that was straining your eyes.

In the future, we plan to provide customization options for brightness, contrast, and other settings to help you create your own optimal experience, so please wait just a little longer!

As we've mentioned, we are a very small indie development team.

We apologize for not always providing the best experience.

However, THANKS, LIGHT. is still in active development, so your feedback and opinions are always welcome!

We will strive to repay you with a better game.

DEMO Hotfix 1.0.0.1

Hey everyone! We've just released a hotfix for the demo of THANKS, LIGHT. 🎉

Updates:

Improved Puzzle Visibility: We've adjusted the background in certain stages to make puzzle elements that were previously hard to see much clearer.

Adjusted Difficulty: We've slightly eased the difficulty of a specific stage to enhance the gameplay experience.

Fixed Persistent Light Color Bug: We found that after certain sections, the light color unintentionally stayed changed to a yellow hue due to the clear effect. This issue has now been resolved.

As we're still new to game development, we really appreciate your feedback. Please give the updated demo a try and let us know what you think! Your support means a lot to us. 🙏

Hello. We found a few issues with the demo version. We're working on it.

1. we found a bug that prevented English subtitles from being displayed for a few lines of dialog, but keep in mind that the administrator is mostly narcissistic and talks a lot of old-philosophic thing!
2. We've noticed that on certain monitors or PCs, the light or bloom effect is loud enough to interfere with play. We're going to be offering different graphics adjustment options for this. Just keep in mind that most of the colorful and shiny stuff is a matter of the administrator's taste!

Actually, we're a very small indie game team. We're sweating it out feature by feature. Please be patient with us, for our sake and for the sake of a better game. Thank you.
