Mik Demo out NOW

Demo Release Date - Devlog 15

[p]Hi hello, its the first of the month and its time for another (mini) devlog. Mainly about the Mik Demo Release date on...[/p]

[p][/p][p]The content will be similar to the Playtest, with a few bugfixes, more polish and new achievements and secrets / side areas! So even if you played the Playtest, maybe you can give the Demo another shot.[/p][p][/p]
Actual Devlog Part
[p]Ok now that thats out of the way, here is the progress of the past 2 months. Ill keep it short (im lazy)[/p][h2]Fun Stuff[/h2][p](cheat console sadly not for everyone) [/p][p]Interactions[/p][p]Theres a bunch of new interactions with various items, from fans to doors and even plimbos. Theres also new collision sounds for Wooden and (hollow) metal objects. The highlight is probably the new Water Bottle (i stole most of it) :[/p][p](ignore giant creature)[/p][p]
New Creature
[/p][p]Name yet to be revealed, they are flying mantra rays (stolen straight out of blame), which you can find in one of the new secrets (and maybe some other places idk yet)[/p][p][/p][p][/p][h2]Full Controller support + Full Settings Menu[/h2][p]FINALLY there is Input remapping, an Ingame settings menu and controller support. Not much else to say for this lol[/p][p][/p][p][/p][h2]New SECRETS (and areas?)[/h2][p]The coolest new area probably being this one:[/p][previewyoutube][/previewyoutube][p]^you may notice that the previously mentioned creatures appear here. It is heavily inspired (basically a remake) of one of my favourite Blame! panels, the opening one.[/p][p][/p][p]Here are some more teaser pictures. I dont want to share everything since they are meant to be... secrets and there are a few more that I doubt will be found anytime soon.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]The new secrets (some more secret than others), are scattered across both levels and should make the world feel a bit "bigger" and offer some more "mystery" / "depth" for the game. Like I said, I think a few new secrets might not even be found for a while since they are put in really... secret hiding spots.[/p][p][/p][h3]"Containers" Rework[/h3][p]The Area "Containers" has received a major rework, expanding the room, making it prettier and adding some new secrets. Its mainly visual changes since the gameplay remains the same.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][h2]Collectibles[/h2][p]These little statue thingies can now be found in the game. They are just plain collectibles and give an Achievement. [/p][p]Unlike the break All Radios Achievement these show you your progress. Some of the new Areas have these or even new Radios.[/p][p][/p][p]And of course there is also the usual bugfixes and performance improvements.
