Hotfix for Update 0.8.4

[p]- Fixed an issue where rare spawns added in the last update were not appearing.  [/p][p]- Fixed a bug that caused loot from breakable objects to appear in inaccessible places.  [/p][p]- Corrected the display issue with the name of the medkit in areas with multiple spawn.  [/p][p]- Spawn points in secret rooms have been improved.  [/p][p]- Credits are now more frequently found in locked containers and tables.  [/p][p]- Breakable cardboards can now contain Credits. The chance of finding ammo in cardboards has been increased.  [/p][p]- Prices in automatic shops have been reduced.  [/p][p]- The size of the shop icon on the mini-map has been increased.  [/p][p]- Fixed an issue where players could get stuck in one of the variations of residential rooms.  [/p][p]- Improved water quality on High graphics settings.[/p][p]

Major Update 0.8.4: Shops, Rocky Permafrost, Mini-Bosses, and more

[h3]Automatic Shops:[/h3]
- You can now find Credits in loot – the currency for local Shops. Credits do not persist between runs.
- In the outdoor levels, you'll encounter Automatic Shops where you can purchase ammo, gear, and other useful items for Credits. The offered items can be refreshed using a keycard. Some shops may appear disabled and will require a battery to activate.

[h3]Rocky Permafrost:[/h3]
- A new biome, Rocky Permafrost, has been added. To access it, you need to get through the Medical Laboratory.
- You will encounter several new monsters in the levels of Rocky Permafrost.
- Later, mini-stations and the final level of the game will be added.

[h3]Mini-Bosses:[/h3]
- There’s a small chance to encounter an enhanced version of regular monsters. These mini-bosses are larger, have different colors, and come with increased health and damage stats. Defeating such enemies can earn you extra DNA and loot, like power-ups or ammo.

[h3]Other Changes and Improvements:[/h3]
- Four new power-ups and one new piece of gear have been added.
- Rare interesting objects and unusual spawn variations can now be found in levels.
- The interface now features subtle shadows on elements and fonts to improve readability in bright levels.
- Some non-plant objects obscuring the view now feature transparency.
- Navigation over small objects has been improved.
- The graphics of all breakable objects have been enhanced for easier visibility.
- Destructible objects in the later game levels have been fine-tuned.
- Fixed an issue that made it harder to hit breakable boxes.
- Fixed a bug where it was more dangerous during the day in the swamps than at night.
- Fixed an issue where unbreakable boxes and other objects that blocked passages could appear in levels.
- Adjusted the height of searches in a small room at the end of the Reactor Complex.

Major Update 0.8.3: Destructible Objects and Secret Rooms

[h3]Destructible Objects:[/h3]
- Part of the environment is now interactive. You might encounter destructible alien eggs, barrels filled with explosive mixtures, cardboard boxes, and barrels of sticky fuel. They can either help you in battle or cause harm, serving as a source of loot or trouble.

[h3]Secret Rooms:[/h3]
- Now some walls in the underground stations are destructible (you can identify them visually by cracks) and lead to small secret rooms. These rooms may hold extra loot, but be careful.

[h3]Other Improvements and Fixes:[/h3]
- Now, if your weapon runs out of ammo, it is indicated by an icon on the weapon switch icons.
- New corridor variations have been added in the Reactor Complex.
- Fixed an issue that caused delays when switching to melee weapons.
- Fixed an issue where the mouse cursor sometimes wouldn't display after returning from the game to the main menu.

Boss in the Marshes and Online Co-op:
Unfortunately, the mechanics and limitations of the bosses do not currently meet our expectations and the interest we have placed in them. Therefore, we have decided to add them to the game after release in order to avoid delay with other content and the release date. Additionally, we must postpone online co-op for an indefinite period; this feature will not be available during Early Access. We would love to know if you are looking forward to online co-op.

What We Are Working On: Destructible Objects and Secret Rooms


Hello! Are there any other survivors here? Thank you for your support and feedback.

We are working on adding destructible objects to the game. Now, all levels will feature interactions with the environment that impact gameplay:
- Monster eggs. These can be both a source of extra DNA and trouble (toxic clouds, monster spawns).
- Boxes that may contain loot.
- Explosive barrels that deal damage to both enemies and characters.
- Barrels with thick liquid that slow down movement.

In addition to the above, some passages will also be destructible. For example, to access Secret Rooms! You will be able to identify a secret room by cracks in the wall, and if you break it, you will enter a small area with extra loot.
