Hotfix for update 1.0.7

Sorry about all the hotfixes, where a few bugs from this update that needed fixing asap that came to my attention at different times, hopefully all serious bugs are fixed now.

Bug fixes

• Fixed a bug causing the grinder speed on the tree side to be reset to the previous max when loading a game
  
• Fixed grinder speed cost being wrong for some grinders
