Developer's Log:"Illustration Appreciation" Feature
Hello players! Long time no see. In the month following the end of the New Product Festival, we have been continuously working on the development of "Windstop Strategy." Aside from refining and polishing the game's experience based on feedback and suggestions from the festival, including aspects such as combat, balance, and storyline, we are also implementing new content according to our development plan. In this developer's log, we're excited to introduce one of the new features we're currently working on: the Illustration Appreciation feature.
Feature Description
The Illustration Appreciation feature involves inserting CG images during the game's storyline sequences. This aims to provide players with rewarding visual feedback during key plot moments and will also be used to wrap up certain game endings.
These images generally relate to factors such as the player's affinity with key characters, important plot decisions, and the outcomes of various endings.
Production Process
First, we internally discussed and determined the total number of spots that require illustrations. After finalizing the number, we communicated with skilled artists on creative platforms, providing them with basic character settings and scene descriptions to start the concept design.

Once the illustrator completes the sketch concept and sends it back, we conduct an internal discussion to provide some suggestions for modifications. This process is repeated until the design is finalized. After that, the illustrator begins the detailed creation work.
Final Product Showcase
The official version of the game is expected to add dozens of CG illustrations of the same quality as those shown in the finished product.
Gallery
Additionally, to facilitate screenshotting and repeated viewing, we will add a gallery feature to the main menu. This will allow players to easily access and review key illustrations triggered during important plot points.

In the time leading up to the official release of the game, we will continue to share our development progress with players through "Developer Logs." Finally, thank you all for your ongoing interest and support for the game. We will keep working hard!
