Steam Workshop support is now live!

[h2]To all heroes:[/h2][p]It has been nearly two days since the release of WindStop Strategy. During this time, we have been actively addressing and responding to various bug reports and suggestions from the community, while also working diligently to prepare and test the features of the Steam Workshop.[/p][p]Currently, the Steam Workshop for WindStop Strategy has done. All heroes can access it directly through Steam or via the "Workshop" option in the game's main menu to create, download, and install various MODs.[/p][h2]Here is a simple MOD usage tutorial:[/h2][p]Step 1: Click the "Workshop" button in the game's main menu.[/p][p][/p][p]Step 2: The four options shown in the image below correspond to the following functions:[/p]
  • [p]MOD Control: Enable or disable the Workshop mods you have subscribed to and downloaded.[/p]
  • [p]SteamWorks: Browse and subscribe to download mods currently uploaded to the Workshop.[/p]
  • [p]MOD Editor: Use the modding tools provided by the game to create your own mods.[/p]
  • [p]MOD Upload: Upload your mods to the Steam Workshop.[/p]
[p][/p][p][/p][h2]MOD Creation Event!​[/h2][p]To inspire MOD community creation and build a better WindStop Valley, we hereby announce the launch of the first "WindStop Strategy" MOD Creation Event. From the opening of the Workshop until February 27, 2026, we will use the number of likes on all MODs uploaded to the Steam Workshop as the ranking criterion to reward the authors of outstanding MODs! Below are the reward details for each award:[/p]
  • [p]First Prize: 1 winner, awarded to the MOD with the highest number of likes. The reward is a Steam gift card worth HKD 600.[/p]
  • [p]Second Prize: 2 winners, each receiving a Steam gift card worth HKD 300.[/p]
  • [p]Third Prize: 3 winners, each receiving a Steam gift card worth HKD 100.[/p]
  • [p]Participation Prize: 10 winners, randomly selected from all non-winning MODs, each receiving a Steam gift card worth HKD 50.[/p]
[p]Please Note:[/p]
  • [p]A single MOD can only win one award, but authors can win multiple awards with multiple MODs.[/p]
  • [p]If multiple works have the same number of likes in a certain award category, they will be further filtered based on subscription counts.[/p]
  • [p]After the event concludes, we will announce the winners as soon as possible and distribute the rewards by adding friends on Steam and sending private messages![/p]

Additionally, since the game’s release, we have received a lot of criticism and feedback from players.
