Hey everyone!
This is Soulmask. It's been a solid month since our last test. We dove deep into the 248 pieces of heartfelt feedback from our players and made some seriously important tweaks and changes that mirror what you all had in mind. Case in point, we tossed in a slick new ride, the "Ostrich". It might not take to the skies, but it's your ticket to a safe descent from those dizzying heights. But here's the kicker—we stumbled upon 127 creators crafting content for Soulmask. Picture this: beachfront villas towering five stories high, fearless solo runs against Saber-toothed Predator with no gear on, and 20 tribe members working to keep things running like clockwork. Big thanks to these creators for bringing the heat, and we're stoked to share these epic tales and content with a wider audience.
So, here's the scoop—we're kicking off the first phase of our content creator recruitment plan. Our goal is to give a spotlight to creators who are active, love sharing, and whip up top-notch content. We want to showcase it to a broader crowd.
Since this is our inaugural recruitment drive, we're bound to miss a few beats. Thank you for understanding. This recruitment deal laid out below is on a trial run for a month. We're counting on you, our players, to hit us up with more suggestions and feedback during this time. It's the key to fine-tuning and making things even better down the road.

[How to Apply?]
If you're a content creator who's always in the mix and loves sharing your gaming adventures, we want you on board for Soulmask on YouTube or Twitch.

-Requirements:
YouTube: With 500 subscribers. Twitch: 20+ viewers per stream on average.
Positive and enthusiastic about gaming, passionate about sharing your creations.
A consistently active and healthy channel with a good personal reputation.
Previous experience in live streaming or creating content for survival sandbox games.

*After you submit an application, we'll conduct a review based on the above requirements. Once you pass the review, our community admin will contact you.

[What's Expected?]
Once passing the review, you'll be part of an exclusive crew for creators in the community. It's a one-month deal (the review is conducted at the start of each month). Just make sure you create a minimum of 2 pieces of content per month on your platform, each piece no shorter than 2 minutes, or go live for at least 2 hours.
If you can't keep up with content creation, no worries—just give the admin a heads up to step down from your role.

[What's In It For You?]
We'll hook you up with a special user group for creators on DC.
You'll get priority access to testing (we anticipate a content-specific PVE test in mid-January, with 2-5 activation codes for each Soulmask creator).
Top-notch creators might score an early-access EA code (details are a work in progress, and we'll fill you in later).
Our official social media squad will team up to shine a spotlight on killer content and get it in front of more players.

If you don't make the cut this time around, don't sweat it. We've got more specialized testing plans in the pipeline, including PVP server tests and broader player test experiences. Keep an eye out for updates from me.

[Developer's Log - 01, December 8, 2023]

Dear Players,

We are immensely grateful to all who participated in our first global gameplay test and to those who have shown interest in our game. Your enthusiastic participation and valuable feedback are the driving forces behind our game's improvement and development. During the testing period, we collected 248 pieces of feedback from players. We have carefully read each suggestion and checked them one by one. Here is the development plan based on player feedback, which includes but is not limited to:

[PVP] We plan to make balance adjustments in the PVP server, including adding more city wall options, various trap types, considering the addition of siege equipment, etc. We are also vigorously developing cross-server gameplay, with tests to be organized as soon as possible and continuous adjustments based on the test results.
[Guidance] We will continue to optimize the early game experience and tutorials, introducing a new graphic and text guidance system.
[Balancing] We will take a comprehensive approach to balancing weapons and wild animal strength and continue to optimize them.
[Mount System] We will keep adding more types of mounts.
[Resources] The distribution of mineral resources will continue to be optimized.
[Climbing] We will continue to refine the climbing mechanism.
[Invasion] We are continuously improving the invasion gameplay.
[Usability]: We will continue to optimize UI interaction operations.
Other feedback issues and bug fixes.

We are also accelerating the development of the game's full content, including finalizing the volcanic region, producing all content for the snowy mountain area, and developing new masks and other content. We will publish new developer logs in the future, keeping you updated with the latest improvements and new additions. Patch Note 01(16.11.2023)

Greetings everyone,
In preparation of our first global closed beta test on November 16, we have made the following updates:


OPTIMIZATIONS:
⦁ Optimized the death penalty of new characters. Awareness Strength and Proficiency will no longer be reset after death.
⦁ Optimized the game’s biomes, including replacing and adjusting the biological resources in most areas
⦁ Optimized the Tech Tree interface. Now the Tech Tree can be reset directly from the Tech Tree interface
⦁ Reduced the amount of Technology Points that need to be consumed and increased the amount of Green Crystals gained.
⦁ Optimized upgrade numerical value and methods
⦁ Optimized numerical growth and gains
⦁ Continued to optimize the Invasion play mode
⦁ Optimized the BOSS "Vajra Ape"
⦁ Optimized Black Panther mounts and the overall Mount System
⦁ Optimized Combat, including reducing skill Stamina Cost, increasing Stamina recovery, and improving the effects and actions of some skills
⦁ Optimized the tribesmen Talent System and Combat Skills
⦁ Optimized the management interface, especially the "Full-Scale Connections" function; Added a new "Tribesman" interface to the Tribe interface (testing)
⦁ Fixed other issues and bugs received through feedback


NEW CONTENTS
⦁ Implemented an Anti-cheating system (testing)
⦁ New Strength Growth related content. Enabled the "Steel" weapons and equipment crafting, and increased the amount of related resources gained.
⦁ Updated two large areas, including adding various types of Ruins and Barbarian Tribal Barracks.
⦁ Added guidance for recruiting tribesman and reduced the difficulty of recruiting
⦁ Added the new play mode Ancient Tablet, where additional Technology Points can be obtained
⦁ Added the fourth Large Pyramid BOSS "Vulture" (testing)
⦁ Added and optimized Ilama and Alpaca mounts
⦁ Added Monkeys as a new pet
⦁ Added new Climbing System (testing)
⦁ Added the Tribesman Mood System. Most tribesmen now have their own unique hobbies and moods
⦁ Added three new Masks. Now you can fully experience the joy of collecting and making Masks and their transformations.
⦁ Added new Workbenches, Building Parts and other furniture (Bathtub, etc.)
⦁ Added PVP mode (testing)
Note: The content marked as "Testing" is being released for the first time.
