QoL and bugfix update

[p]QoL:[/p]

[p]If DLC is bought, but not installed, the game will prompt you to install the DLC.[/p]
[p]Text size in some parts of the game has been increased to improve readability.[/p]

[p]Bugs:[/p]

[p]Wrong character names displayed in some dialogues have been fixed.[/p]
[p]Some quests that were not being marked as done, should correctly finish now.[/p]
[p]Parcel tag description should be correctly translated now.[/p]
[p]Formatting of narrator text has been fixed in one section.[/p]
[p]Other small tweaks.[/p]
