Quest Journal and Minimap Spell

This is live on all versions.
Quest Journal

• Quests and side quests are tracked in the menu
  
• Journal is updated when getting new quests, failing them, or completing them
  

Minimap spell

• Minimap shows the full on map for the area.
  
• New spell to cast to see and unsee the minimap at will.
  
• Using the spell gives a cost to using it in battle. No TP cost, but a small debuff to evasion on the Wanderer.
  
• The spell is only applied if starting a new save. If not in a new save the minimap acts like normal without a cost.
  

Bug fixes and general features

• Fixed how some stuff worked with the localizations.
  
• Made it faster to skip the tutorial.
  
• Monsters that move on the map are marked on the map with accuracy
  
• Fixed icons appearing on the minimap.
