Update 1

[p]This is the first Aviassembly content update! I’ve been easing back into things after launch, so this update isn’t the biggest one, but I hope that it still contains some exciting features! [/p][p][/p][h2]
Decals [/h2][p]The biggest change is that you can now put decals on your plane. It turned out to be a bit of a headache to get this working, but I think it is in a decent state now. Some more iteration might be needed to make the feature reach it's potential, so let me know if you have any suggestions or encounter any issues! [/p][p][/p][p]I also added tools to layer multiple decals on top of each other. This should make it possible to combine decals and create much more complex shapes. [/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][h2]Relaxed Mode [/h2][p]Some people really seemed to dislike the timed challenges, so I made a new campaign mode in which they are disabled. [/p][p][/p][h2]New parts[/h2]

[/p][h2]Next Update[/h2][p]I’m still not entirely sure how I want to schedule the updates, but I have decided that the next update will be on the 21st of July![/p]

  • Fixed building camera being zoomed out very far
  • Fixed plane editor bug causing everything to be unselectable
  • Fixed running out of money in creative mode

Launch

The launch of Aviassembly went really well. Thank you so much for all the support! It is amazing to see that people are enjoying the game. All the feedback, bug reports and ideas that I received are really useful.

While I try to read all feedback, it has been hard to respond to everyone, my apologies. I'm currently working on patches that should come out next week!
